Good product!
Recommended if you want to keep using your actual ear buds and forget about those cables and you want to keep a good audio quality too. Nowadays aptX it is a must!

It could be great, but isn't.,
In terms of audio quality, this is fair, but worse than most smartphones I've owned. Reviewers who consider it "good" are deaf or tested with some high-impedance headphones where the amplifier's background noise wasn't obvious.
My low-impedance Etymotic ER-4PT Earphones let noise from its amplifier leak through. I'm very disappointed that BlueAnt used such a cheap design. Adding a 75 ohm resistor to my headphones eliminated the noise, but then maximum volume was greatly diminished.
This works well with an iPhone because it shows battery charge in the status bar and the buttons generally do what you'd expect (play/pause, adjust volume, skip tracks, etc.).
