Sound Quality / Microphone issues
When I listen to people on the bluetooth, it sounds fine, however, the microphone, which is properly installed, picks up way too much background noise, and people hang up telling me to call them later. The product sits unused in my vehicle. In my company chevy, a very inexpensive car, I can use the bluetooth that came with it at 70 miles per hour and nobody has a problem understanding me.
