Everything My 17 yo Wanted
This radio has all the sources needed for my 17yo. It was an easy install. I was a bit hesitant about the wiring but the wire colors matched identically. I will purchase another one for my other 17yo.

Bang for buck - no AM though
Great product very easy to install and operate - for the cheap price it is certainly worth it if you need a simple audio solution to an old car. Only bummer is there is no AM receiver. But with mobile phones getting digital radio can just plug it through using the AUX cable.

Just what I was looking for.
With my new job came a much longer commute. To save gas I commandeered my daughters old 1998 Honda Civic. Unfortunately the Pioneer head unit I had installed for her previously, had for some reason, very poor sound even after upgrading the speakers to some nice Rockford Fosgate Prime's (that I also got here). Even adding a sub only improved the sound marginally. Since I had upgraded the head unit in my pick-up to a Boss double din model, that I am very pleased with I decided to give this one a try, particularly because of the price and I was trying to keep cost down. To my nonaudiophile ears there has been a ten-fold increase in sound quality. Is there something out there that would been an even bigger improvement? Probably, but for my purposes I couldn't be more pleased. PS: The main reason for picking this unit was because of the Bluetooth as it seems 90% of my drivetime listening is done using internet stations such as Slacker. The Bluetooth connection works flawlessly with both music streaming and phone calls. The mic being built into the unit is a plus for me as I've heard no complaints about the sound from my end.

Head unit
Ordered this product and was completely everything I expected. It's a great unit and I don't regret buyin this one bit. Had some problems hooking it up but that was my own fault. Called boss audio and he talked me through it no problem. Great product !

great deal!
I replaced my factory radio on my Hyundai 2006 Tucson..... I want to play my own music or internet radio, so decided to get this Bluetooth radio..no cd, as they no longer being used. All the features are great, specially the Bluetooth phone answering feature. I tested it with a galaxy note 3 ands Lumina windows phones, Bluetooth works great. The USB port also lets u power and charged the Samsung phone, but not the windows phone :(. Detachable face is great too...... got a good deal from Sonic entertainment ...
Overall, good buy to stream ur music either via cable or Bluetooth.

Great Value!
The deck was very nice quality based on it's price. The shallow depth allows for easy installation, and all the features (BlueTooth, Aux, etc) work well. I installed subs with this deck and the preamp outputs and everything work well, and my aftermarket speakers sound better than they did with my factory deck.

pleased
Didnt expect much from it but was very surprised how good it sound in my 2000 caddy sls. I got it running 2 rockford p3s and 1000 watt rms rockford amp (all from sonic) and it actually sounds better than my dvd deck did. For the price you cant beat it!! JUST ADD IT TO YOUR CART.. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

Boss 625UAB
You get what you pay for and I cant complain about that. It is worth what you will pay but is still a low quality unit. My first unit lasted 2 weeks before the volume knob quit.

Not the greatest Bluetooth stereo, but good for the price
I wanted to upgrade the old Pioneer stereo in my Nissan Frontier to something that would allow Bluetooth audio streaming. I also wanted something that didn't look as ridiculous as most aftermarket stereos.
I chose this Boss unit because it had the features I wanted, it's affordable and it looks decent. It's not an exact match, but it's more stock-appearing than many units.
It works pretty well. The radio reception isn't as good as my old Pioneer. The Bluetooth audio streaming quality isn't as good as the factory Bluetooth in my VW. The Boss unit has some noticeable distortion when streaming audio. I only listen to podcasts, so it doesn't really bother me.
The buttons are also pretty cheap feeling.
All in all, I would buy it again, because it has a lot of features for the price. But next time, I might choose to spend a little more to get an overall higher quality unit.

Works, cheap and good product
Nice inexpensive unit. Install was a snap, unit being a media head unit devoid of a cd player is 2/3 the size of normal units in depth making it a snap to install in most dashes. This went into a 1984 BMW 533i and was a snap. Total time to install was 20 minutes .
Power was ample for the inexpensive 4x6 speakers I purchased as upgrade. Bluetooth pairing was simple and painless.
When I plugged my iphone 5 into the USB slot, the device did not charge or transmit through the unit, may have to try a different cable to verify lack of functionality.
Recommendation to all DIYers:
Go to the internet, and get your wiring schematic with wiring color reference before you start. It will make your life easier.

Great stereo for the price!
I bought this to replace the stock stereo in my 98 Dodge Intrepid, and with the fitting kit it looks great! It works really well, and has much better sound quality then the stock stereo ever did. The Bluetooth can have some noise, but that's just Bluetooth and not the stereo.

decent headunit
I bought this cause it was a cheap headunit that came with blue tooth and USB... works really good for what it is...my only complaint is that there is no external mic for when you are using it for phone calls which makes it difficult for the person to hear you. Other than that it works fine...not connected through any amps or have subs connected, was just to replace another headunit that broke. And it doesn't display the time at all... not a problem for me as I have a clock in my cluster.

Great Value
Radio works great, no issues. Blue tooth will work up to 15ft away. For the price this radio has exceeded my expectations!

Decent at first
Purchased this unit because of the price to put in my 08' corolla. Best deal for a Bluetooth, which still works. Harness that came with the unit did not have wiring for front speakers but installed it anyways. I figure rear speakers ought to be just fine and it is. Now my problem is the display which is no longer working. If I touch the head unit it will come on but and soon as I stop touching, off it goes. I guess it's true, you get what you pay
for.

Not an ordinary one ;)
Lately I fell in love with BOSS car sound products. I knew BOSS since my teenager years. Back and since then they made top of the shelf guitar effects for really good price. It's the same with car audio products. Imho one of the best price/performance ratios. I'm not saying this model is the best but it's among them for this price.

Great Product
I was set out to find a simple, inexpensive deck for my car and I found it! The look and feel of the product is good, nothing too fancy, but friends of mine have noticed a visible change to my dash. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the stereo and its controls. I purchased the stereo about a month ago and so far so good.
A couple things I'm disappointed with are the remote and the inability to easily scroll through songs from my SD card.
I haven't tried swapping out the battery, so it might be a bad battery, however, the remote doesn't communicate well with the deck. This isn't a big issue because I'm within arms length of pressing buttons on the deck itself. That said, it would be nice if the remote worked.
Lastly, the controls related to scrolling through the SD card are not very friendly. For example, if you have hundreds of song files on an SD card you only have two options for selecting songs; 1. press the forward button, one song at a time, or 2. skip ahead by +10 songs. It would be nice to have the option of selecting track #253 by pressing "2", "5" "3" on the remote or deck, but instead you'll have to press the "+10" button 25 times before reaching songs in that range.
Other than that, this product is fantastic for the price!

no regrets
Its worth the $60. The Bluetooth audio works like a charm and the sound quality is decent during phone calls. The persons # will also show up on the screen. I have not yet had a chance to try out the SD card feature, USB, or aux but I don't think there is playback through USB. 4.5/5

Great bang for the Buck !
Needed upgrade for my 04 Hyundai Santa Fe. No AUX jack no USB input in factory unit. This came with adaptor kit as well as jumper harness to make install smooth. So easy my 17 year old son had it done in less then an hour !

Better Than Expected
I've always heard terrible reviews about "boss" since they always exaggerate on their wattage and what not. I was skeptical but couldn't pass up the deal, and was in desperate need for a new Bluetooth stereo. The stereo does what it advertises: AM/FM, USB(does not work with phones, only flash drives), FRONT AUX, and Bluetooth. All work flawlessly. This unit does not come with a CD player. It has a detachable face plate and a remote control which are lovely. I honestly am happy with this stereo.
Only thing about this stereo is that it feels very cheap. The connections in the back are very flimsy and the buttons in the front do feel pretty cheap. The volume knob seems like it'll give out quick and not work anymore.
Overall 8/10 for people looking for a very basic head unit.

I didn’t want to spend a lot on a radio, I am amazed at how well this unit plays. Easy to install, easy to operate.

Great little stereo cant beat it for the price
Easy to install great sound everything you need. with the free dash kit went in flush and looks like its always been there. Only negative i have is the volume does suffer in bluetooth mode but nothing a turn of the knob cant fix just be sure to turn it down before you switch back to the radio. Overall would definitely recommend this stereo.

Not reliable... Sometimes it won't cut on... The bluetooth loses connection easy... Don't buy this

Great radio
It's a great receiver and great if you have Bluetooth and you want to play music without an aux cord. Even phone calls over Bluetooth work great

The BEST Bang for your Buck
Bought this due to the extremely cheap price for a stereo with built in blue tooth. First off I love that it doesn't have a CD player as the radio is now a 3rd of the size and is way easier to install. For anyone that buys this and expects it to be the Ferrari of stereos then you should be slapped. This is the honda civic of stereos. It works, it will continue to work, its basic AF, and it wont disappoint. Bought and installed 3 of them and I wish they had more.

Good Little Stereo
I purchased this unit for a 1988 Chevrolet Silverado. It was a project truck that was purchased for my girlfriends son that was needing his first car. This unit had everything we were looking for including bluetooth. Installation was simple with the kit I also purchased. With it being his first vehicle we were not looking for anything over the top or fancy.

Good for the price
Good deal for the money , don't expect high quality sound for the price. Good features Bluetooth, usb, aux. When using the Bluetooth sound quality is much better even with the aux. Install was pretty easy.

Good for the price
Has some pretty cool features for the price, the Bluetooth, usb, aux, but no am. Do not expect to have high quality sound for the price when using just the radio, aux input sound quality is much better.

Good product
Very good for the money. Bluetooth is the reason I got it and it works great. Only need to pair phone once and everytime I get in the car it finds my phone and starts playing whatever I had previous playing. Great for podcast's. Starts right back were I left off while phone is still in my pocket. Handsfree works & sounds great.
