Cheap Aux Cable

I use this in my car so it doesn't endure much if any hard handling and it's already broken. I have to set the AUX cable just so in order for it to work. Very disappointing. The reminder for this review just reminded me I have to purchase a new one....

I was very pleased when I found this product for such a reasonable price. It has worked great, I've had it and been using it on a daily basis for over 30 days now and I haven't experienced any issues at all. Usually by this time these AUX cords start to short out but this one is very durable. It is also really long so I can use it for all of my needs. This aux cord is really awesome because i have a honda accord 1994 and just plugged it in my radio and works, its not a rip off, or knock off. The cord is black (duh) and it is well made. The cord is strong and wont break, and has great length on it to reach anywhere.

I've purchased many "cheap" aux cables for my iPhone, they usually end up malfunctioning after a while. I decided to spend a little more money for hopefully a better product. Aux cable that was purchased is still working, but i already have to loop it and place it and keep it a certain way or else the full sound does not come through.

This cord worked well for a while, has great sound, but eventually stopped working. I had to jiggle it while it was connected to my phone, which is not good for either one. Although I couldn't use it anymore it worked great with my moms phone from a different provider and manufacturer. All in all a good cord just not good for the HTC evo.

I bought this dvd stereo with bluetooth for a low price compare to the high price in dash dvd and stereo and so far its doing everything it supposed to do . It connects to my iphone via bluetooth like a charm , in the mornig while going to work i listen to my music and it keep me company till i get to work , easy to install, price is great , highly recommended. Aux cord was great, but didn't even last a half a year before breaking. The cord was easily kinked with at the connection of the aux tip, and no longer plays my music.

I purchased this stereo because it had the features I wanted at an affordable price. Everything works as advertised and delivers good quality sound. The unit is a little slow in loading functions. The play list on CD's are only listed by Track Number, it would be nice if it would list the song. On the bluetooth, when receiving calls or searching for last call, it is only listed by phone number and not by name. These are the only problems or cons I can think of. All in all it's a great little unit at a great price.

The cable Did not last long -it got to the point where I had to twist the cable to make it play in both speakers. I took very good care of it too. It was very inexpensive though, but I honestly wouldn't mind paying more for a better cable.

While the Product said it would fit my vehicle, '93 T-Bird, I had to install it to stick out of the dash 1" and the flip-out screen still hit the dash-lip.
Would have been better to flip down instead of up. Couldn't complain about the value of this radio: it sounds good; like the blue-tooth feature and DVD, although the I-Pad pick-up is very slow to read the I-Pad.
Needs some improvements!

Not reliable

I bought this radio for my 2004 Honda Civic, to start off, the radio face bulges out of the dashboard however I chose to ignore that since the price was great. There are little problems here and there with the sensitivity of the touchscreen & taking a while to start back up after starting the engine. The major problem for me was my screen jamming after starting my engine, it won't move and the screen is black. only after about 3 months of use. Now my screen is useless and won't move or turn on.

Screen resolution could be better, but it´s definitively OK for the cost.

Alright for the money

First cable came broken but sonic electronics was quick to replace the cable. The second cable is better every once in awhile it cuts out, but it was only $5 so its not a big loss.

I really like the touch screen option. I like the features,. I bought this for the bluetooth feature and the touch screen was nice extra for the price. I liked that you can watch movies on this( you have to be in park with parking brake on though). I noticed that there is a lag between the bluetooth, when you are shut of the car/stereo. The call takes about 30 seconds to disconnect. The same with getting into the car/ starting the stereo. This is really my only issue with the stereo. I would recommend this product.

This BOSS product is satisfactory for a small car. A little weak on RMS output. Only 17 watts x 4 channels. But I have an amp and a 12" sub, whatever. Sounds good, looks good. All in all, decent unit for a decent price.

Even though I havery trouble with the unit after replacing the faceplate I think this product is a good deal. I had it installed on my tow truck with a switch that controls the back up camera function so anytime I want to check my load I don't have to stop. I made the decision to leave the faceplate on permanently so I don't have to endure problems and enjoy 7sing it for the purpose I intended it
