Bang for the buck

Great item from Sonic Electronics. Purchased multiple items from them and all have been great. Will continue to do business with this seller. Boss is a new brand and so far it's been good to me. This is the second Boss car radio I have purchased and has not disappointed.

good radio for the money

I was on the hunt for a double din radio..but wasn't looking to spend to much on one . for this truck..so I figured let me give it a try. .well to my surprise it's a very good and we'll build radio for the money. .I am getting another one for my car..the unit is very good..has a lot of options and DVD plays good and looks good..I am very impressed with it...do definitely recommend getting this unit if shopping for a double din and don't Wana spend out the nose...

i ordered this stereo just because i was looking for a double din screen with bluetooth at a player price so i could jam out to pandora since i got sick of hearing the same CD over and over again lol i ordered it with an amp for the inside speakers but i didnt even need it it sound awesome hooked up regularly. only problem that im having is that now everytime i turn on my car the screen decides to tilt down until everything loads and i hit the eject button a few times for it to go back to normal. other than that its legit! catch me at the light jammin out now haha

I Installed the radio in my 97 expedition.Lots of cutting was required to get it to fit,but nothing to difficult. I am very happy with the sound and features of this radio. I just wish it had a better EQ.Only 3 choices.One more thing.The volume wont go low enough for me.even at the lowest setting.In a nutshell,its a great radio,and I would buy again!

Good product for the price

For the price, this is a good system. However, the clock doesn't keep the correct time. I haven't had any other major issues.

Friend's Birthday Gift a Great Success!!!!!

I purchased product sight unseen ( picture only) and product knowledge limited. It was my first internet purchase of this kind and it was for a very special friend.
The price was exceptional, the brand is well known, and and it had features I know my friend needed in her everyday commute, such as the Bluetooth and the CD player. To our pleasant surprise, it has a CD player, a Bluetooth, a DVD player and more.
My friend was trilled when the technician told her it was a really nice stereo. He's approval of the stereo validated my purchase as a good buy. My friend is having fun learning all the neat things this stereo offers. And to booth, her speakers sound incredible.

Good value for the money

The Boss BV9758BI is a great for the price. Just two minor bugs for me are the clock is only visible in the settings screen and the FM Tuner is a little weak.

Why Did I Wait So Long

I have a 2003 Mazda Tribute that I love dearly. Several months ago the CD player began acting up. As the months dragged on I kept telling myself that it was not worth messing with the radio and having another installed. Well I finally had a few days on my hands and I found the Sonic Website. The resources that were there as well as the support that I found made the decision for me. I found the Boss BV9758BI and ordered it. Two days later it was on my door step and 2 hours after that it was in my Mazda. I could not be more pleased with either Sonic or Boss.....Don't wait!!!!!!!

save up and buy a better one

CD player doesn't work. SD card slot doesn't work, Loud doesn't stay on, no control for front to back sound. Save up and buy a better brand.

Nice Radio

The Boss BV9758BI is a great Flip Radio,the only problem I have with it is that some FM stations drops in certain areas.

This radio is a bargain. You get the same features at a much lower price than other brands names.

Great Head Unit for the price.

Great video images for DVD's and the Bluetooth works great. The only issue I have is that the sound for DVD movies playing is very low, I have to crank it up to 5 digits before hitting the maximum volume control. Radio stations sound great & also display current song & artist playing. Would definitely hook up an amp & subs to get full surround sound. I have all Sony Explod speakers on doors and midrange on top corners in dash board and sounds great. The cons, it's posted as 7" screen but it's actually an oversized head unit, I had to do major modifications to the dash to install in my Chevy Trailblazer, took me about 4 hrs. to complete in order for it to look nice in the radio slot. The Dash Kit that Sonic sends you w/head unit does not fit due to the oversize of system. You might have to make the slot about 9 1/2" or 10" in order for the motorized works properly so it won't get stuck.
I first purchased the BOSS BV9564BI unit w/removable face & it was a pain to put back on face plate so I returned it and exchanged it for the BV9567BI model that I have now, so don't buy the one with removable face plate. I would recommend this unit to everyone who's not trying to spend alot of $$ on a indash DVD player. Also, to watch video while driving, you have to ground the pink wire so the video plays while driving. You have to ground the wire yourself cause places that install car radios won't do it.
I own it for 3 months now and I am happy with this system.

I love this radio I installed in my mazda protege 5, and I can tell you that I have a good ear and capricious, and I find that for the price this radio is exellent and easy to use

Wouldn't recommend

This device does what it says and nothing more. I've had the device for three months and am having nothing but problems with it. The volume has a mind of it's own. I would never again try to put this device in a Hyundai Tiburon again.

Worst unit i ever bought

This head unit will not fit in a normal double din space. The usb is slow.

Awesome buy

This is a great reall cheap, sounds great and have not had any problems. Easy to install I really like this unit.
