Update

Do not buy these speakers. They did not last for more than a couple of months, One speaker stopped working, and the other one, the lead wire that connects to the tweeter broke away from underneath the plastic housing connector. And now it is distorting.

Great OEM Replacement!

I found these to be a great replacement for OEM speakers.

Fit and Finish is nice.

Sound much better than the stock speakers.

Great sound

Great for mids and highs. Overrated at 115 Watts RMS each. 45 to 65 Watts RMS each is recommended. Excellent clarity. I haven't had them long enough to rate their durability. Excellent speakers for the price.

terrible speaker get anyother brand but this

Absolute garbage. The watt claims are inflated through the roof i had the hook up directly to my deck (50x4channel) they blew on the first song but it can take 50 watts per speaker??? i dont think so dont be fooled by the appearance these are not worth it.

Speakers for 1985 Honda CRX

I bought these speakers because I thought they would be appropriate replacements for my 1985 Honda CRX's door speakers. I am using the original radio. I was able to get duplicate speakers for the back, but the door speakers were gone so I had to guess which speakers would work. These speakers seem to be well made, have very heavy magnets and fit in the doors perfectly. However, they sound terrible with all kinds of muddy distortion. I am not an audio engineer, and it maybe that I installed them incorrectly, or that they need more power than the old radio/cassette player can deliver. I am going to experiment with the polarity and see if perhaps I got my wires crossed. The rear speakers work fine.

Awesome little speakers

These speakers are great value for money. I have a dual cab Hilux 4x4, and wanted something small and powerful enough for me. These fit flush up against the door trim and look great. I couldn't find 4" speakers in Australia for such great value and quality. I highly recommend these speakers!
May I also add, the delivery time was quite reasonable.

For the price

This is a pretty good little speaker for the price.It has a nice sound to it, fits right in the tight spot that its in. Overall I can't complain about it.

I would purchase this product again, very nice looking speakers at this valve, you cant loose.

Work great in my app

I replaced the speakers in my 1983 Yamaha Venture Royale motorcycle with these. They work great in this app.

Naaaa...not good at all!

I installed a pair of these speakers in my car, and I must say, they were cheap and they sound equally cheap, if not worse! But they're nice to look at before you install them...Forget about hooking them up directly to your existing wires...I had to *********** my wiring connectors to suit the speakers, and then when I turned on my stereo, I got really pissed...I couldn't get any decent volume out of them! I was hoping for much, much better performance! STAY CLEAR of these speakers...not worth it! Not worth it at all!

Quality went in before the name went on

This was my first time buying this product and I was surprised the excellent sound quality.

Highly recommend these and will be purchasing more.

Skeptical at first

These speakers put out a lot of clear sound. I didn't think at first I would like them. I was wrong

great look

Purchased these speakers based on output and size, as they are installed in a small British sports car. Looks great. Not good judge of sound output, as I am still using the original am/fm radio in this car. I am sure with a proper deck that these will provide excellent sound/ good value for price.

Not Happy

These speakers lasted 3 months, under low useage. Look nice, and were cheap, guess you get what you pay for!

Not bad for price

I have had these for a little over a month now and they are decent. I don't think they can really handle the RMS they are listed as because when I have it at a high volume they like to crap out and crackle. But cant complain they were 20 bucks. Would recommend for maybe a starter system on a very low budget. I would highly recommended buying from sonic though. I ordered these on a monday and they got to me friday, the same week. So thank you sonic electronix for the low prices and amazing shipping keep up the great work!!

Used them for something else

I used them mounted in a wall behind a TV. When I hooked them up to the surround sound; they actually sounded fairly full and rich... Much better than expected. Samsung 24" TV's are known for their horrific sound. I just needed something to please my mom as the guest room is hers when she is here. So I mounted them behind the TV and taped the internal wiring on the TV to provide a simple solution to a horrific issue. I am very satisfied with them for that. That said; they might not perform as admirably in a vehicle and the piezo tweeter could definitely get harsh. I would say they are worth the money I dropped on them.

No bass!!

Couldn't handle any bass, took out all the bass and used as a tweeter and put little mid through these speakers and was pleased. Don't buy if you intend to put bass through them you will be disappointed.

Great sound

I have these speakers in an ammo can boom box powered by a 100w amp. They sound amazing. The sound is really full and rich even at low volume. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a 4" speaker with real expectations. No complaints here.

Good enough for a tractor

I put these speakers in the farm tractor cab. They work perfectly. As for durability. I have only had them for a few weeks. Concerning features. They are speakers. They speak. they sing. they play whatever sounds are put through them. So, great features.
