A very nice head unit for the price
This head unit turned out to be a great buy. Initially I had a bit of a challenge installing it in my 2004 325ci because of the wiring harness but after watching a few YouTube videos I learned that removing the center AC vent provided enough room for the antenna and the wiring harness. After that, the unit and dash kit fit seamlessly. I powered up the unit and paired it with my iPhone and I was literally making calls and playing music from my phone in a matter of minutes. The connection was glitch-free, the signal was clear and the unit connects to my phone without any intervention on my part each time I start the car.
One of the nice things about this unit, compared to other units in the same price range, is the fact that that there is no external microphone to wire up. It's all in the box.
I think this unit is well worth the investment.
