This product is the best value if you're looking for a DVD player/GPS double din deck. The menus are easy to navigate through, and it immediately made my factory speakers sound so much better. Gave my interior that modern day look and got rid of all those unnecessary buttons on the factory dash. My only con of this product is that the Bluetooth connectivity can be suspect, but that may just be because I have a cheap phone at the moment. Other than that,I am completely satisfied with this product and will continue to use sonic for all my car audio needs.

A Great Value

I installed this unit in myself in a Dodge Ram 3500 Qued cab pickup truck 4x4 I called costermer service for the rite harness plug and intna adapter that where very helpful and great costermer service the unit was easy to install to my NVX amplifier and sound system the unit look great and easy to use easy to pair my android cell phone to it and streaming music I like the 5 year manufacturer warranty I would Definitely Remcemed buying this unit and sound Great.

Looks and Works Great!

I purchase this Boss Radio mainly to eliminate the need for a separate GPS system. I really enjoy the Blue Tooth connection as well since I installed the unit. It works great and the GPS is just as complete as my dedicated unit I retired. I had a slight delay in installing as the wiring harness that was supposed to be included was not. Sonic got one to me very quickly when I let them know it was missing.

Great radio, Pulls in stations easily, Plays Bluetooth from my iPhone perfectly and tells you what songs are playing. Good Navigation system and phone system. It could use a button on the screen to go to the microphone to tell the radio who to call. Other than that it is a great radio and the sound is great and very adjustable.

Needed to upgrade my system since new Hands Free Law that came in effect on June 1,2018 in RHode Island after much reasrch for the price and factory 5yr warranty I chose the BOSS Elite BV960NV and installed it myself in a couple of hours . I also found the same unit at a local Car Audio Shop which wanted $695.just for unit then extra for installation plus parts (GMC/CHEVY wiring harness was looking at $1000.
I did it for just over $300.

great radio

I like this unit as it has every thing you could want.
I have never owned a radio that was more than FM/AM/CD and it has taken some time to learn it all but if an old man can do it any one can.
I was told to rate the durability but have not owned it long enough to do so
one of the reasons I bought this unit was because of the 5 yr warranty

Bargain

I have been very happy with this radio/GPS. It was easy to install and the GPS works well. It easily connected to my iPhone 7 and phone calls sound good. The microphone is internal in the unit but people seem to hear me fine. The radio sound quality is good. My only concern is that When I tried to update the maps, they say it is "out of date" and won't update.

It's a great product very simple to use and installed it look great in my Ford Escape. Have lot's of fun with great listening to and enjoyed your product.

Does the job

It works good for the price but even with the features it has it leaves a bit to be desired in the sound quality and missing any real customization features.
