Never Again

Had the amp running for about 4 months and wasnt getting anywhere near the power it says. Plus my amp blew so now is a nice paper weight. Not even worth the hassle of trying to send back to get fixed. Got a better amp on the way already.

Ok product

I like the amp, but it's not delivering 3000 watts. It still sound pretty good, but not want I expected. Overall I'll give it a 3.5 stars

Boss ph3000d measured

I bought this amp just to show how much boss is lying about the power on this thing.
I was stunned about how bad it is, measured a maximum voltage out at 36.7volts and 9 ampere at 1 ohm load. Wow 330watt maximum output.
They are putting on 2700watt as a lie.

Decent amp

This is a pretty good amp. i was kind of worried when i bought this because its made by boss but so far for 2 weeks its worked fine.

Bang for buck.

Well i purchased this amp 6 months ago. I have it pushing 4 hifonics brutus subs. It pounds!! I set off car alarms, and shake the streets. Although right after there 30 day policy ran out the amp quit working so i had to pay to have it shipped to boss. I didnt have my amp for 2 months, they did repair it and send it back. But it was just all the trouble of sending it off etc. Otherwise i love this amp its working good now.

I got it for my husband for Christmas, he loves it. Works great, price was great, delivery on time... all around great service.

ok deal

i bought this amp for my pioneer 12 inch champion series pro with a 3500 watt peak and it does ok. i previously had a kenwood 1000 watt hooked to my sub and switching from the kenwood to the boss their wasent that much of an increase in bass. i think the amp is a little over rated as far as wattage output is but its a good amp considering the cost. id recommend it to anyone as long as their not wanting a simple mono amp to push a sub or 2 with. wouldnt recommend it for someone who wants alot of car rattling bass cause this amp does not put out that much. overall i think the amp is a winner in my book

good amp but it fried in less than a month

I had this amp pushing two Kicker CVT shallows 400 rms each. Worked awesome. Turned it on this morning and it is stuck in protection mode. Tried rewiring everything and it still don't work. I put in a request with Sonic to replace it due to it being under 30 day warranty. I'm going to be hooking it up to my Kicker CVX 15 1000w rms.

I got one in my Pontiac Bonneville with two boss phantom 12's and its okay. probably 600 rms coming out of it. garbage, never a again.

Bought this amp to go with my Pioneer 3500watt 12 in a ported box and this thing gives it tha power I needed. Doesn't get to hot and isn't to big. It looks real clean.
Overall this is a good buy.

Boss amps are BOSS!

had in my car for a couple days and sold to a friend it totally put out the power you need, pick this amp up for this great ass price!!! I needed bigger btw for my psi subs.

Broke after 6 months

What can I say about this device? Nothing intresting, except design (i like it) and it's all from the positive. First of all there is no 3000W on max, second it's broke after 6 months (considering that it wasn't used on top power) and as we don't have official service in Russia, I should pay about 100$ to fix it. I'm disappointed in this device. Nobody recommend to buy it, if you're living outside the US!!!!!!

Good amp

I've got this thing pushing two 15" db k7's. These are amazing for the price they're asking. Simple and sleek design, nothing too fancy and lights up perfect. I can't really say anything bad about this thing, get this if you're on a budget!

Good while it lasted

Now when I first about this amp I knew that Boss overrated their products so I wanted to get a more powerful amp then I needed. I'm guessing it was 200rms lower than it stated. I don't regret buying this amp because it really did pound the crap out of my car. I have an '08 Accord so my heavy car is hard to shake nonetheless. It pooped out on me eventually which sucks but its worth the money you pay for. If you want something better then expect to pay more but this waspretty damn good for what it gave me.

good amp

I recommend this amp I have 1 pushing 2 Boss 15s and it slams I'm getting another 1 2 push 3 Boss 15 that I'm putting in my truck best of lick on it and have fun with it.

3000 watt boss

Works very good, worth every penny i spent on them (I order 3 of them) i only blew one, and one was stolen so i still have one that still makes my speakers hit harder than other systems.

Good power at a good price

At first i juat wanted something to power the type t i had in the trunk. its nice and sort of big amp but it puts out as much power as it says it does. i would say get it for what its worth

I just paired this amp up with the Boss Phantom "2300w" Subwoofer, and i couldn't be happier! Just got it installed and I absolutely cannot get over how well this amp performs. Seems like a match made in heaven, this and the phantom subwoofer. I got the dynamat off this site too, and I couldn't imagine the rattle that would be my trunk if I hadn't. Only good things with this amp and this site in general!

Yo I got this amp 6 months ago. I have it hooked up to 2 15inch CVR's in a vented custom box. I have a Grand Marquis all I can say is I can open my trunk with anything over volume #14, my amp is half way up. I had boss in the past so I kinda knew what to expect this amp is the TRUTH. great buy

good amp

I bought this amp with two 15" Single 4 ohm Comp Series woofers and this amp really get the job done i had all the knobs on the amp turned all the way down and the amp still had the woofers hitting

Highly highly recommend this amp to anyone needing this power. Its a steal for the price, really I'm slammin my kicker Comp VX 15" and the roof of my truck is blowing off! I did the water trick where you put20 glasses of water on your roof then crank it up and the plastic cups all flipped and one cracked. i have put 3 different subs through this amp it blew one to shreds(did that on purpose though) and the other to hit like a rock!

Lots of power

I have this amp powering three hifonics hifi 12's and its tearing my chevy blazer apart. Its only turned up half way wired at 2 ohms. Don't let the price fool you.

Power you looking for this is it!

I bought this amplifier 3 years ago and it's still going strong. I busted six 12's at different time's but they wasn't compatible with the wattage of this amp so I just order another 12 with 3200 watt peak power so I will have a better chance of keeping this sub woofer. Can't wait to hear the difference. Stay tuned another review coming ????
