Usable

The wiring has done me right so far but the only thing I don't like is the speaker wires. You have to carefully split it so the wire doesn't show. Other than that minor thing everything was great and a great value!

the price is right for this setup. the ground wire and the power wire are to big for my amp but i made them fit. better to have to much than not enough so if i upgrade to a larger amp it will be fine.

I run 2 12inch audiobahn exursions on this amp and it pushes them very well. The size is perfect not to big and fits right unerneath the seat or small space. The best part is it stays pretty cool even after running most the day.

I like the wire kit I got with my amp it seems to be holding up goo it handles the power of the amp I got but I would of gave it 5 stars all the way around but I wold of like the ground at less 2 more feet for good use but over all its a nice kit

Ok. not the best kit.

The eyelet connectors are flimsy and the speaker wire is hard to separate. When it does it exposes some of the copper. Otherwise the kit is ok.

Good product , but not enough speaker wire to wire two front door speakers in a scion xb. I guess it would have been enough if I had run one of them with the power wire instead of running on the other side of car, but everybody knows that's a bad idea due to engine noise. You would think they would take that into consideration. Also not a big fan of the square and round speaker wire very hard to separate and strip without exposing bare wire.

Bought this kit for my 650 watt rms amp. Not true awg 4 guage, but close.jacket is pretty thick.all wires flexible. Reached under the back seat of my 2008 silverado crew cab. But not a whole lot of slack if your going to a trunk. Fuse is ok... ive seen better and worse. Bottom line, if your on a budget and running 800 rms or under, this will work fine.

Great wires!!

After reading reviews and most importantly watching the video Sonic posted with this product, I decided to give it a shot for my Cerwin Vega VPAS-12. The wires are exactly as described, true 4 gauge, not all insulation like the other brands. The fuse block is solid and easy to set up. I was worried it may not fit the VPAS connectors since they mention 8 gauge, but it works and it is holding in no problem.

The only thing I did change was the actual battery and ground terminals, they seemed weak, so i chose something stronger and all is well.

Bought this amp not from Sonic electronix another site anyways I've heard
people give Boss alot of flack i always make my own views after purchasing, But THis Amp is Powerful it pushes 2 15's DVC 4ohm woofers so so well amp is not even half wayz up & the Bass knob under the dash set at 41/2 knotches up Beatin like a marching band I luv this amp so I mess wit Boss the longway I don't have anything bad to say about this amp I give it 6 ******STARS ......

Handling the load

I have a Power Acoustik MOFO-122X (2700w 1500RMS) 12" sub hooked up to it running a 1ohms and it never shuts off. Also it ran with no problems in -15F weather.

Great Amp

for under $100, this amp is a solid buy. it's 1 ohm stable and pounds my mismatch subs. i have it turned up 3/4 and bass boost is up all of the way @ 1 ohm. the bass remote is extremely precise, more so than the more expensive brands. it only gets warm @ 1 ohm, cold at 2 ohms and freezing @ 4 ohms. it does suck major voltage and i would recommend a second battery or extremely good cap. i currently have a 2 farad cap and my voltage drops to 10.9 volts sometimes. my lights dim. my alt is rated at 145 amps and charges at 14.2 to 14.7 volts. i mention this because i had doubts about it's power output. looking at my lights and volt meter, i no longer have any doubt about it's power output. i took a chance and it paid off. i wanted to feel it in my chest, now the ground feels it. my Yukon is on another level with this amp. i might have to get new subs soon :)

Amazing for the money

This amp is one of the best amps I've had I was scared at first to buy it bc it's a boss and when you think of boss it's not very good stuff but this amp is so amazing it pushes my one 12" at 2ohm so good it flexes my sunroom,front windshield,doors,mirror ever moves my hair it's truely a good amp for the money I'm sure there's amps that are better but if your looking for a cheap amp that will push your subwoofer good I highly recommend this amp

Boss R3400

I was a little hesitant in buying this amp because I read that someone had one and it overheated. I read other reviews and decided to go with it and for the last month I'm glad I did. I have it hooked up to a Alpine 10in R type and it does what I want it to do and my daughter loves it also

Everything I Needed

Used this kit to run an amp to the trunk of a 2015 Kia Optima. Ended up trimming about 1½ft of excess to help clean up the install. Everything seems to be good quality. Ran the power wire down the driver's side and RCA & amp signal wire down the passenger side to avoid any interference. Plenty of length of everything for a full size sedan.

Good kit for the price

The power and ground wire are fine , speaker wires are interesting. One side has square and the other is round which makes it very easy to know what you hooking up to what. Came with everything it was supposed to.

Bullet proof amp

Have two Boss 3400s slaved on a pair of comp Soundstream 15s tuned to 34Hz with 6" aeroport. Gain on master amp about half way. Have them in a Toyota RAV4. Windshield flex as well as rear doors and rear hatch. Can get downright painfull on some music. Amps running on 2ohm load and never have a problem delivering. You can spend as much money as you want on a much more expensive amp, but for what these can actually do, there's no need to.

Boss R3400D

I got this amp as part of a Sonic Electronix bundle when I was 16-- it finally blew and I'm 24 years old! For a low budget amp this thing puts out some serious power with some serious durability. This was in a convertible mustang, an X-terra, and a jeep wrangler with at least 3 different woofer setups paired with it over the course of its life, and I couldn't be more impressed. It saw long term sun exposure, off-road dust, clipped wires, corroded grounds, and plenty more without a hiccup. This last Montana winter finally kicked its butt though! My only complaint is that the sound quality wasn't comparable to higher quality brands, but you get what you pay for... and then some with this one! Would highly recommend to a beginner or someone hard on their amps.

fried in 11 days

one alpine 10type R at 4ohms. figured i would run it at 4 ohms, not to use all the power the amp can give, to be safe. sounded great, hit hard, then 11 days later amp started switching back and forth from protect to good, green red green red green red. amp will not recover from this limbo state..in the amps defense, i did have the level all the way up,and was listening to Knife Party..maybe i was pushing it too hard? amp is prlly good for a basic 150w rms sub. i would recommend spending more for a well known amp if you're tryin to power an 800rms dvc sub. just bought a Belva, sounds and hits 3 times better.
