clean sound

i recomend these speakers for anyone out there looking for a crisp sound without the need for an amp. Remember these speakers aren't made for bass but for sound quality!

I installed these in my suburban and was running them off a JVC deck. They were blown within 5 months. I am now looking for different speakers.

Great sound quality

Great speakers, the sound quality is great and sound crisp. I would recommend these any day, and the price is great. I will buy Boston Acoustics again and from Sonic Electronix.

Best "Little" speaker I've heard.

Your sales staff was very informed and helped me pick this speaker based on the type of music i listen to. Rock, Rythm and Blues. I have a 1988 Porsche 944 and it is very specific as to what will fit in the car without uncouth modifications. Installing the rear speakers required window removal and about seven hours of labor. Once installed i was pleased beyond measure with the crispness and fullness of the sound. Backed up with a new Kenwood CD player the depth of separation is amazing for a little, thin speaker like this. I do watch my volume levels at all times as the are what they are... An Amazing Little Speaker. Thanks Again!

Big crisp sound in tight formation

This product is reminiscent of the high end audio I couldn't afford - but dreamed about owning - when I was a teen in the 70's. The 4X6's are impressive, well built little gems. When you hear them, you'll think you must have spent a couple hundred bucks. I put them into the doors of my Porsche as a direct size replacement... and love them. I own two pairs of these. Highly recommended! Truly.

Great sound in a single cab truck

These speakers are a much welcomed upgrade from my 17 year old factory 4x6 plates in the dash. They have a great high end and the midbass is fairly decent as well. Don't expect any bass to run through these. If you are using them for their intended purpose (highs and mids), you should be pleased.

When I called Sonic and spoke with one of their sales member, i was going to purchase two pairs of Kenwoods 3x5 speakers. I asked the salesman what did they have comparable, and he said the Boston Acoustics S75. Im glad I asked the salesman, I've been very well pleased with the S75 speakers, in sound and value.

Big Sound

These plates put out big sound. Got these based on a recommendation from a friend and I am more then pleased.

Good Sound Quality!!! Highly Recommend!!! #1

This is my first time using Boston Acoustics and I'm glad I did. This speaker sounds good like every one says and they get loud. Boston Acoustics brought it home with this little speaker. The only con I would have on this is it needs to be a little bit brighter but other than that "Hands Down Amazing". I would recommend these speakers for someone who wants good sound quality and performance. Remember if you want bass thats what subs are made for. These arent made for bump and intense bass but made for ear piercing highs and good clean sound.

very clear sound

not the best of bass. response is lacking but crossed at 80Hz they are very impressive. Sound much larger than they are.

Bought these with curiostiy but MAN was I suprised! They sound awesome! Planning on putting all boston acoustics mids n highs in my truck just because of these!

EXCELLENT!

The 4x6 speakers were the only thing that would fit in my sons 91 Silverado so I bought 2 sets of the S75 speakers for him as a gift and hooked them up to his Sony Explode head unit. What can I say...Boston Acoustics lived up to their reputation. Ok, they don't thump bass like a sub obviously, as they are only 4x6, but the sound quality is amazing. You do hear the bass clearly , you just don't feel it pounding through you. We would rather hear sound quality than just rumbling bass that seems to be so popular now. The sensitivity rating is great which is why you get such a high quality sound. Also I must say that Sonic Electronics was wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend Boston Acoustics and Sonic Electronics to everyone

Great little speakers

These little speakers add alot to any audio system. I installed a pair of these in my friends 90 something grand am and added 2 1" tweeters in the front pillars and the imaging was AMAZING! The clarity coming from the tweeters and the speakers was so great it was attention grabbing. These speakers added a second dimention to the music and sound the best with the background noises of rap and the guitars and drums of heavy metal.

Quality Factory Sound 4X6

These Boston 4x6 where installed in my 99 s10 factory system recently
They are Fabulous The sound clarity is exquisite and the Distortion I would hear at louder a volume with factory speakers disapeared
I would recoment them to anyone that would like a better sound all around with out needing another amp to push it
