Awesome components at this price point!

I've been in-car audio for over 40 years, and these blew my mind.

How can they put this much volume and clarity at this ridiculously low price?

These components sound as good as speakers at double or triple the price, and then some.

If you were to put these side by side with a set of Infinity Kappa's or Alpine components, you would be hard-pressed to hear the difference.

Bottom line, you can't go wrong at this price.

Got these to replace some ks kickers ended up putting them in the extra cab doors in my 06 Silverado where the 4x6's we're,I built a small sealed box and secured it to the door panel,these speakers are loud big selling point for me was the sensitivity @ 94db they look great,sound great

I hope it's not too early for review but these c/v components sound great already I just had time to get them installed and do a little tuning, also the separate crossovers make finding mounting places easier and not running too long of wire. now being c/v's they should last a good time, as for now, I'm satisfied.

The system sounds & looks good in a car with a very tight passenger compartment (mid 70's sports car). I can hear my music clearly while driving with the roof off. The instruction booklet that came with the the speakers was confusing,as the paragraph describing the wiring stressed keeping the polarity correct, yet the diagram showed the plus and minus switched from the input side to the output side. I called your tech support line, and the tech I spoke with said "rule of thumb is plus to plus & minus to minus", as I thought. I finished the installation and am very satisfied with the result. Service for purchase and tech support were excellent, thank you.

Perfect for 370z

This component setup allows you to keep the factory wires and have a crossover for the woofer and tweeter. Easy Install and sound great in the doors and dash of the 370z.

I've been a fan of Cerwin Vega since I bought my first set of home speakers back in 1990. This is the first time I've ventured into their mobile audio line. I have to say I'm not disappointed. Nice crisp highs from the tweeters and good midbass from the woofers. A great budget option. I've given them 4 stars only because I know there are better options if you're willing to spend more money. These are, however, a good value option.

Not impressed

I figured I'd try something different and I wish I didn't. Yet I dont have them amped yet so I'm sure they will be better when I do, but without a amp they dont get that loud before the tweeters start sounding weird and almost wavy sounding. I used to be a Audo installer and am very picky about my highs and these just dont do it for me. Should have gotten the NVX components instead. Those sound killer and are way louder and super crisp and clear. These... not so much. I'd never buy these again or recommend them

Performance well into the $200 price group

As a hobby I build custom home speakers and I build a couple free standing hope audio speakers boxes for these cheap little 6.5" CV's. Sealed two way mini towers I guess is probably the correct label for them. I wired them in series so the final load to my home stereo is close to 8 ohms not 4 and I'm very impressed.
