Bought this amp to run two sets of RE Audio xxx component sets and I must say even with the gains set with an oscope and the tuning done near perfect, I was still unable to get the type of power I was expecting from this amp. At high volumes the tweeters die down and the amp goes into protect after 15-20 minutes of solid play. OFC high strand 4gauge knu knoceptz wire, and OFC 10 gauge speaker wire still could not get the job done well. Amp also heated up very quickly. I will not recommend this amp to anyone looking for the screaming loud. HOWEVER, if youre running a small SQ setup this amp may be for you. I did enjoy sonics regular fast processing and the price was right. Just not the amp for me. I must say I expected more from cerwin vegas high end 4channel amplifier.

i have this amp and wow.the amp is so clean looking and the sound it produces is hard to beat. I've had allot of different amps over the past twenty years and id have to put it top of the pile. 200 x 4 rms amazing. I have it wired to two sets of components in front rated at 135 rms each at 3 ohms. One set of 6x9 bos aqu and set of tweeters in the rear rocks. Im running the jvc double din 830 and the vega stroker mono amp with two tens sealed. I'm going to order the new vega vmax dual 4 ohms 10s as my current subs dont match the quality of my speakers. Thanks Sonic Electronix for all your support and great service. I could go on and on about this amp ....5 stars all around
