GREAT SUBS!!!!
I have 2 of these subs and there great!!! Both are in a "sealed box" wired up to 400watts RMS. They definately can take power....there hooked up to a RE Audio 2ch. amp and I don't think its enough power (it is...I just think they can handle more)! Would recommend these with a mono amp (precision power-class D) and you'll get more bang for your buck!!! Overall rating...10 out of 10....great price...great sound and great quality!!!

Wow
These subwoofers are the first subwoofers that I ever purchased 2 years ago. I put 3 of them connected to an arc amp and around 700 rms bridged in individual sealed boxes. They hit pretty damn hard and made my car rattle so loud that I thought something was wrong with the subwoofers when I bumped it real loud. A year later I got a custom ported box tuned to 32 Hz built by DAVE THE BOX GUY shipped to me. Now it Bumps so much more, sounds so much cleaner, flexes my entire car. If i put a fistful of change on the top of my car and it JINGLE JINGLE JINGLES till it jumps onto the ground. Now i'm telling the truth here, A policemen from a Different town knocked on my door and said that if I were to be caught bumping in town that I would be arrested and fined. Kind of scary but a good sign showing i'm bumping loud.
These subs are still working 2 years after I have bought them. They have somehow survived the constant abuse from me- an amateur. for example Tuning the amp by ear with no knowledge of how to tune an amp. I have read doing that can ruin a setup really quick.
These subs are very inexpensive and easy to power. GET A GOOD BOX FOR THEM ITS CRUCIAL! Sonic Electronix helped me out EVERY step of the way. You will always have someone to help you when you call, weather you have or have not yet boughten anything. 5/5 for Sonic and the business they conduct.

Vega Quality
Exceeded my expectations. Have this subwoofer in an enclosed box with an RE Audio amp digital mini monoblock supplying the power that was also purchased from Sonic Electronics.. Sub hits HARD, period. I wired the sub from dual 4 ohm to 2 ohm internally and the amp is 2 ohm stable. All I wanted was a little bump( low end ) in my s.u.v and this sub gives that and more!

BOOOM
If you are a real bass head you'll love cerwin vega subs! Cerwin Vega is not my favorite but for its quality and cost not many brands can beat it.

This sub thumps
At first I was a little worried when the sub arrived because of how little travel it had when I pushed the cone with my hand but when actually playing music this thing definitely has lots of travel. Looks great sounds great feels great. Enough said. Buy it

didnt last long
I hooked this up to an MTX Road Thunder 250 Mono amp on a 2ohm load, it hit hard dang hard in a sealed box. Then a week later it quit. I guess MTX was too much for it. Gonna try a diffrent sub this time.

They Sound Great
I purchased the kit with two of these and a RE Audio Amp 800W max and I believe 400W RMS bridged and they really do slam! Can't beat the value! There in a sealed inclosure at the moment, I want to try a ported box sooner or later.

These cerwin vega 12s hit so hard WOW!!
I got two of these 12s with the enclosed box and the RE Audio XT 800 2.v3 and they hit like a big hammer. These 12s are built 2 last for a long time under a lot of power, witch the RE Audio amp puts out. You need to pick these Cerwin-Vega 12s up now!

Cerwin Vega's pound
I have two 12" cerwin vega subs and only 200 watts of power to each one and they slam. I have them in a sealed box too. If i put them in a ported box with twice the power going to each one they will be invinceable. I love them . Only the old V- MAX tho the new stiff sucks.

pretty good subs
i have had two of these subs for seven months now and i started with a sealed box and i was not very impressed. i bought a 70$ ported box here on sonic and wow, these will actually hit hard. i have them hooked up to a 1000W amp. if you are looking for lots of bass i would not suggest these, if you are looking for a fair amount of bass and it be clean, i would suggest these subs with a ported/vented box. make sure you hook these up to a high quality amp!
