I've always bought Clarion decks and this one is the best one so far... Bluetooth sounds great streaming music... The changing color illumination is a great bonus...

Bad sound quality

If you're looking for sound quality don't buy.pulled out and installed pioneer DEH-80prs.night and day difference in sound quality.has time alignment auto EQ three burr brown digital Analog converters and 16 band eq also built in sound Prosser.

Decent car stereo

I purchase this product for the Bluetooth capability. My first choice was Alpine but for the price. I just couldn’t pass up the deal. Both brands are similar in sound quality, mainly why I always went with Alpine. I purchased a clarion flip out screen deck in 2007 an remembered how clean and clear it sounded. So for the PRICE... Second to none

This head unit should be today's benchmark. Built in microphone makes Bluetooth so much better. Simplistic tuning is awesome. It's all you need. Ran 8 volt eclipse forever. But these 4 volt preouts deliver the goods to my RE audio 5 channel digital amp. The combo is awesome. With image dynamics speakers and a mild JL boxed subwoofer all in under 1k, I challenge anyone to the clarity of my system at any level.
