Service to Canada-SPECTACULAR

The Clarion M109 deck that I bought from Sonic is a great deck and a great buy! It is primarily designed for a marine environment and so has extra protection for the circuitry. I work in construction so even though there's no salt air I don't think so that extra protection can hurt.

I wanted a Clarion, because our trucks at work are prewired for Clarion, and I wanted the deck to be plug-and-play. This one was and it's an awesome deck, at an awesome price!

But what I really liked about this deal, was how slick it is to order from Sonic and have it shipped to Canada, with the duty, brokerage fees, all included in the final price. The overall ordering procedure for Canada was as good as it gets [PayPal availability also great] and because of that I've been back to order since.

I'm a very happy customer!!

Clarion M109 Maring Radio

Good radio, bought primarily for the AUX port so I could use an iPod and get rid of all the CD's in my boat. No problems and it was a direct replacement for the Clarion that was in the boat.

Good boat stereo

This product was ordered for my 17.5 fibergalss boat. There was no stereo installed at the time. I had odered this stereo based on reviews i had read online. So far the stereo is awesome! No problems whatsoever. Easy to use and nice to be able to play my Ipod on the water blasting through the stereo! I also have a waterproof case that was purchased separately, just in case. I would recommend this stereo unit to anyone on the water that enjoys qualitly sound!

strong player; weak trim

I bought the M109 for marine application (main stereo system for 33 ft. sailboat). The installation wasn't overly taxing and the wiring was labeled well and easy to follow. I'm pushing the signal through some old Pioneer speakers from years ago but the sound is still solid. My complain is the facial trim for the front of the player; what a piece of junk. It doesn't fit well in any position I've tried, and the dang thing falls loose in any kind of seaway. Great player, Clarion, but gosh show some quality in the trim.

Clarion Marine M109

After reading the other reviews on Sonic I chose the M109. The price is right and the other features sold me. I like a rotary knob this is old school for the volume. I do not like effects or standard settings. I want to customize the bass, treble, and fader to match my speakers. The M109 has all of this. Unit is mounted in my Bennington Pontoon boat and replaces a stock Sony unit. Front speakers are the stock Sony units and the rear speakers are Bose marine speakers. Sound is clear until you get close to maximum volume. I may add an amplifier for clarity.

Great In-Dash Receiver for the $$

Installed this receiver in my boat 07/22/2010 and enjoyed the rest of the boating season. Works well great sounds. I hooked my TV and Play Station to the Clarion M109 with a switch over to produce a realistic sound for my boat entertainment system. Easy to control with the remote.

Very Pleased

I installed this stereo in my boat (which was very easy); it was an upgrade from a cassett player. I am very pleased with the M109 series; it drives four (20 watt RMS) speakers with clear and robust sound and looks very cool in the console. Having a CD player is awesome and we use the 3.5 aux with an MP3 and it works perfect. SonicElectronix had the best price for this item and their delivery time is fast; that encouraged me to purchase the remote unit for the M109; didn't think I would need it; but when your in the water; it beats climbing back in the boat to make any adjustments.

Good cd player for a boat. nice price and I have it pushing 2 6x9 infinitys and they sound pretty good for no amp.

good marine receiver

I like it. price was right and it works well. will have to wait and see how long it lasts. in the past the receivers in my boat don't last more than about 3 seasons.

I have used the Clarion M109 twice since it has been installed. It does work great.
I had to replace another radio with a CD player as the CD player didn't work any longer.
