This is the one to own! I did my research and found this unit has all the features I want. I love the fact that you can plug your iPod into the front 3.5mm jack and rock out all day long on the water. Also, Sonic Electronix had the best price and warranty on the eBay market. The only suggestion I would make is if you are going to power more than 2 speakers...get and amp. The 19 watts of RMS/ 50 watts peak power is not really enough to crank up (4) 6.5" speakers.

Great receiver

Had an old Clarion deck in my mastercraft boat, blew it out, had poor skip protection and was only 35x4. Bought this one as a replacement, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! This deck is worth every penny, plays mp3 cd's, easy ipod hook-up, hardly ever skips, easy to read buttons and display. Also has 4 sets of RCA hook-ups and was compatible with my drivers remote. Best car receiver I've ever owned including both car and boat applications. Price is exceptionally low for all the features it contains. Worth every penny, recommend this deck to anyone. Also entire deck is surrounded by stainless steel, so it's certainly not getting wet inside anytime soon.

Satisfied with the clarion M475

Install was straightforward. I also installed the Clarion iPod interface and external stereo controller which I highly recommend both of them since the stereo was installed out of sight and most of the elements. Performance is good, but I would definitely recommend adding an amp and sub if you can afford it.

The best marine cd player I have ever owned. It sounds awesome. and i got the wired remote to mount on the back of my boat. I love it.

I have this head unit installed on my 2005 SeaRay. It sounds great and is easy to use. Clarion makes great products.

Great Value!

We bought this stereo for our 18 ft. open bow boat and it works great! The CD player is excellent, we have to hit a pretty large wave on the water before it skips. The cd player that was in it before would skip with every little bump - very annoying! Very pleased with this product.
