Spectacular! Just buy these!

I own a pair of MB Quart Q series component speakers. Now these are not as good of speakers, but they are on par with them. They are better then any of the pioneer sets, and by far well outperform anything even close to their price range. These are meant to be stand alone speakers. Not paired with a subwoofer. Their range is to wide and they perform exceptionally well. They will not disappoint.

quality sound at a low price

As an audio enthusiast, I am very happy with the sound. I would recomend these to anybody looking for low price quality sound.

Clarion SRG1623S

I got this to replace the factory speakers in my 2003 Chevy TrailBlazer and it made a big difference in the sound. The speakers are clear and isn't heavy in bass.

Good set of speakers.

I bought these speakers & I gotta say, for the price I paid, I'm fairly impressed. They have a good sound & they definitely need to be powered from an external amplifier. If youre looking for a good cheap set, I'd go with these. The only thing I didn't like was the way the tweeters can be surface mounted... So you'll need to come up with a cleaver trick if you mount them by the woofer.

My first time using sonic for my audio supplier. The Clarion speakers I installed in my truck sound Great. The speakers shipped very quickly and reasonably priced, You just can't go wrong from purchasing electronics from this company.

Didn't perform to expectations

I regret buying them. They sound flat. I expected better from Clarion. Maybe I should have went with Pioneer 2-ways for similar price.

Spend a little extra on something else

I was extremely disappointed with these speakers. One of the main speakers blew after only three days of use in my Jeep Wrangler. They were not overpowered and I checked all wiring, phase, etc. The other main speaker sounded very flat and empty. I honestly got better sound from the stock speakers.

The tweeters did sound great, but it's not enough to make up for the poor performance and quality of this kit. It should be noted that the crossovers only work for the tweeters, and the main speakers receive full frequencies.

There are other options in this RMS range that cost only about $50 more and sound MUCH better. They also come with true crossovers. I recommend spending the extra up front instead of wasting your money on these speakers. I

For the price, good value

Overall good unit, with clear an not excessively harsh treble. Bass is little uderwheming, but not terrible for a 6.5, although there are certainly better. Note that the 30 hz floor is the very bottom of its sound reproduction - the dropoff begins near 100 hz. But good clarity and balance on the whole. Easy to set up. Not expensive.
