Perfect replacement part, worked fine and is at this time doing the job! Product was delivered on time and matched what was shown on the net, one thing do remember the location of your reset button if so equiped for your alarm system you will need depress it to set the remote. Everything works as new!

just what I needed
My remote had been acting squirrely for a while, even after replacing the battery and resoldering the battery holder. This was by far the cheapest price for my remote at $26 even after adding in shipping. Took a bit to program it, but only because my old remote only worked 5% of the time. This remote works perfectly and I am very pleased, i may just order a second one as a spare
