Does what I bought it for.
I bought the Coby MPCD291 about eight months ago for its USB input, stereo speakers, battery power and compactness. I have about 20+ hours of MP3 on a USB memory stick and wanted to listen to it while I worked. And it comes with a cord so you can play it plugged in. So far, so good. The negatives: 1) It will play audio and MP3 discs, but the batteries don't last very long doing that; 2) the labels on the buttons and dials are almost unreadable (no digital dial), so setting a station, AM or FM, is iffy; the antenna is a piece of wire I keep taped to the player so it doesn't get ripped out. As I say, it does what I bought it for, at a reasonable price.
