Excellent.

This, after long researching, is the best from the features and the design.
The unit is big, I mean bigger than any security system I've installed.
Took me an hour to figure how to program it. ( read below for how to)
You need to read the manual to figure the installation, too many wires might blow a fuse in your head. But it's neat and it's in reasonable price!

**To program your remote** Manual wasn't clear enough. Connect "Red" 12v power, "Pink IGN" to power, connect "Black" Earth to earth, connect "Brown" Horn to horn or light, connect anntena. You may need to connect the "Blue" door signal to 12v.
When unit is powered up, it will start "Chirps" now press and hold the button on anntena device for 10-15sec, the chirping will stop, and "Horn" or "light" if you use light insted, will beep/light 3 times, now press Lock the remote button, the light/horn will beep/light once. Press Lock on next remote. Done!
If didn't work, turn off device and try again.

I would recommend this refurbished item to others because it was cheap and to have it installed at an alarm company of my choice made it easy because not every company installs just any system, it was great because the company that I used to install it were surprised at the price and that the box contained everything needed for the install....I absolutely love it!!!!!
