I love my unit

The following review is for AVN52D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I think this unit is awesome. Navigation is so spot on. I figured out how to set the time.... Change the time zone in the navigating setup... Everything else was easy to figure out... Can't wait to buy some more add ons.

Seamless integration

The following review is for iPC-106, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This is a great product. We have used this product now for quite a while and really enjoy its features and ease of installation and use. The ability to use my i-Pod through the AVN6620 Nav unit is a real plus and the sound is incredible.

Great product

The following review is for iPC-106, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I decided to integrate my iPod touch with my eclipse radio. Works pretty well except slowness on scrolling through windows. I wish you could use your ipod to scroll through songs/groups/genre sometimes vs using the touch screen. I would recommend this product.

good product cheap price

The following review is for AVN52D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

no doubt one of the better cd/dvd/navi on the market, been having it for about 6 months no problem, audio quality sound is off the charts, a steal at that price.

Not compatable

The following review is for iPC-106, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I bought this for my AVN-7000 because it said it was compatible. IT'S NOT. I mean, it works but trying to figure out how to change artists is a total pain. I have to go back and forth between settings for about 5 minutes before I can actually switch artists. Then I can only go one artist at a time and if you have LOTS of music on your iPod like I do it takes forever to get lower in the alphabet.

Parrot Eclipse CK3000 Evolution Review

The following review is for BT-E500, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

The CK3000 exceeded my expectations. After installation it worked like a dream. The sound quality is good and I can operate the whole thing by voice command and never take my hands off the steering wheel.
Apparently the BT-500 was another part number for the CK3000 because it came with a Toyota wiring harness. I cut it off and attached it to my 2004 Saab 9-3. It wired right into my Electronic Head Unit so it automatically mutes the stereo and routes the sound through the front speakers. I can increase the volume with the controls built into the steering wheel. The control knob and buttons on the Parrot are so small they don't look gaudy on the dash and it blends in nicely.
I definitely would recommend this product.

it's ok

The following review is for BT-E500, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This product pop each time the phone and the bluetooth would pair up. can't use this if you have an amp for your highs and mids because the rca out lines don't work with the bluetooth. had to put converters on the speaker outputs so i could use my amp for highs and mids. people have a problem hearing me. possibly where the microphone was place at.

Works great!

The following review is for BT-E500, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Works great, especially with the new Oregon law for hands free. Can hear great, sound quality is good, only draw back would be no private conversation if others are in the truck but on the flipside all the occupants can talk to the person on the phone at once!

Base model doesnt work with amps.

The following review is for BT-E500, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This is a base model product, it doent work good for a professional system, it doesnt work with amps. (No automatic mute for the sound with incoming calls) spend the extra money and buy a higher end model, the parrot system is good. Other than that it works great as long as you are not hooking up amps to the system.

Texting beeps

The following review is for BT-E500, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

When i first installed this I had an LG and when I texted the beeps would come through the speakers, after I switched to a blackberry it didn't do it anymore. Cracked the buttons off numerous times from leaning on them in the cab.

Best on the market..

The following review is for AVN52D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This product is ridiculous, especially at this price. Other DVD/NAVI combinations are averaging 200 dollars more than this sale price, and they are not half the product. Intuitive display, touch screen responds great, sound is loud and clean, navigation is amazing. The only downside is I cant figure out how to change the time... I guess Ill actually read the instructions.

If you use this product in a Non-Toyota

The following review is for BT-E500, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I had a friend of mine purchase this product to use with his Eclipse deck, but he did not have a Toyota and did not want to cut the harness that comes with this unit. After trying to figure out a way around it, we ended up purchasing a generic wiring kit for his car, as well as the Metra 71-1761 wiring kit. In putting these two kits together, we essentially made an adapter to go from his car wiring harness to the factory Toyota harness, which this product plugged right into without a problem. No splicing, no mess. Clean install. And it worked out great.

I wanted to let everyone know about this option, as even the local installer guys wanted to tear apart the harness on the BT-E500 to attach it to a regular wiring kit. I think our solution is a much cleaner and neater solution, which leaves more options for the future...

Highly recommend this product!

The following review is for iPC-106, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to enjoy full iPod controls and sound at the same time. I did not expect to get such a great outcome from the iPC-106 when i bought it because i have not had any good experiences with iPod controls through aftermarket stereos, but this piece seriously changed my perception. Eclipse has done an amazing job at creating the iPod adapter. Pros: Good controls, great response time, nice layout for playlists, songs, albums artists and genres. Plus it charges the iPod, WHICH IS A HUGE PLUS!
Cons: NO viewing on the screen if you have videos (not a huge deal because i found an alternative way to fix this) You cant "pause" a song easy enough for quick response when driving. The display of the full playlist cant be shown if the name is too long. Once again, these are NOT big enough cons to avoid buying this product!

ADMIN NOTE: Actually, it will charge an iPod with the correct iPod adapter, the Scosche PasspPORT IFWA adapter

Awsome Deck

The following review is for AVN52D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Once you get used to all the options you can find your way around the system fairly easy. The navigation brings you right to the door steps of where your going, while listening to the tunes. The back-up camera is not only clear but in color, how cool is that. With a little help, you can play a DVD while driving (I dont know if this is legal so dont tell antbody I told). The Ipod set up is the best, it gives you several options on the play list such as purchased, favorite, artist, albums, or make your own menu for quick reference. The woofer control has so many options that I am still looking for a sound. This deck is well worth the price, well worth it!

Eclipse IPC-106 IPOD Adapter

The following review is for iPC-106, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Pros: Does everything is should do, not as expensive as some other solutions
Cons: may experence problems older classic headunits
The Bottom Line: If you have a Eclipse headunit that has full iPod controls, and an iPod, you should definitely get this.
Review: Using the full iPod controls on my CD5000 receiver, this works very well. Does everything it is said to do.

Friggen Sweet!!

The following review is for AVN52D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I recently recommended this product to a friend after I researched a lot of different units on SonicElectronix.com, if you’re new to Sonic, I can say that the website is one of the best I have used when online shopping! I chose this unit because it offered nav, DVD playback, and in the future my friend could buy satellite radio and Bluetooth and iPod when he saves up. I just finished installing this in his Toyota and I was impressed. I expected it to be a so-so unit for the price seeing as all the other units are almost double what this one is. The navigation is fast an accurate, DVD’s look freaken awesome on the screen and it made his speakers sound twice as amazing! He had a stock radio before this.

The navigation is utilized via a DVD, so it has one CD slot and one DVD slot. If you need the Nav you can’t play a DVD. My friend and I went on a trip downtown, which is about an hour drive, and the nav worked awesome in getting us to our destination. On the way back I played a DVD, but shhhh don’t tell anyone because I had to bypass the unit so it would allow DVD playback while in motion. The DVD looked awesome, sounded awesome, and I felt like I was watching it at home. The interface is simple and easy to use with nice big icons that are easy to tap.

All in all I highly recommend this unit. For the price you just can’t beat it!! In fact, I plan to buy the combo that Sonic has so I can get the Bluetooth and iPod with it right off the bat for a good deal! Buy this unit!

Good piece of equipment

The following review is for iPC-106, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I purchased this unit for my Eclipse AVN 5435 which is an older Double Din. The IPC-106 is useless on this unit because you cannot view songs, or search for songs, artists, etc... All it does is play random.

Get the AVN 6620 or higher. It is useless with the AVN 5435

Very good unit though. Sound quality it produces is awesome. The install is a little tricky if you are new to installing car audio. I installed mine in my passenger side kick panel in my Tacoma, ran the power wire to the ECU and just did a ground to the frame behind the dash, Then ran my other wires to the head unit and glove box. USE the Sirius mode.

Eclipse avn52D is a steal

The following review is for AVN52D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Wow, the eclipse avn52D is a flawless unit! My friend has the Pioneer f700bt, and it does not come close to comparing with the eclipse. The pioneer is slow to start up and has a lot of bugs, even with the update. The eclipse on the other hand is quick, and the sound is amazing. The controls are very easy to use, and the nav is incredibly accurate. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone, especially for the price.

Good Product

The following review is for iPC-106, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Had this now for about six months. Very easy to install and use on the avn6620. Use it everyday as i never listen to fm anymore. It can be a little slow when searching for tracks or artist (not too bad though). One thing i dont like is you can't play random music from a certain artist. You pick your artist then album, it will only play that album, would be way better if you can just pick artist and play random songs of all his albums.

Not bad

The following review is for iPC-106, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I had a stereo place install it for me so I can't comment on installation. I will say that it works pretty well with my iPhone 3G. I had to get a special adapter that would allow it to charge but otherwise it works as expected.

You just plug in your iPod and the controls are right on the screen. You can only choose between playlists, songs, artists, and albums (not sure about podcasts as I didn't have any last time I used it). Movies can not be watched and you can't use any other apps outside of the ipod one as it displays a message on your phone preventing it's use otherwise, so no go displaying youtube videos and the like. For that you'll have to use another method.

The only other thing I didn't care for when using it with my Eclipse AVN 6600 is that you'll have to change songs once your playlist starts unless you want to hear the same first song every time. There is a random option but it still starts on the first one in your playlist

Cord was long enough for it to be run from behind my stereo (where they put it) through my glove box, and to my dash mounted phone dock near the steering column. And that's in a ford f-150 2004 so plenty of length.

Ipod Interface

The following review is for iPC-106, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I hate this product. In order to do anything with the ipod you must engage the parking brake. Even if you put it in park you still have to engage the parking brake - it's terrible. Also, when searching for an artist you must have a name created for each album in order to access the songs - it's stupid. Too time consuming to find a song

Simple and functional

The following review is for AVN52D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This head unit does what it says, but nothing extra. With the exception of the Navigation being outdated and on a DVD, the unit performans excellent in all other situations, movies, radio, bluetooth, CD, MP3's, Input, and iPod. The only thing I can't figure out is how to set the clock! I also bought it because the green illumination matches my WRX.

It works

The following review is for BT-E500, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

The product mounts well and looks good in the vehicle, a little on the low side for the volume of your caller. Exhaust plays a part in this role. If you have a new vehicle with little to no outside noise the volume would be perfect. This may be an install issue though. It is nice that you can hold a conversation from the outside of the car, the mic works that good.
