I've always installed this brand and it's one of the easiest to program and troubleshoot.

Great remote start/alarm

installed this on my 1995 Buick Roadmaster and its awesome starts my car every time, unlocks - locks, pops my trunk and even put the hood pin switch . it also has great features like the LED remote the timer, etc. great buy and installed in about 3 hours. now im guna buy one for my 94 suburban. durability is a 5 star for sure i dont knw how many times ive dropped my remote and not only works but my screen is still fine like the day i bought it.

Compustar alarm/remote start

I bought this alarm/remote start to replace my viper alarm after my truck got broken into and my wallet got stolen. My viper had an issue with the brain and the siren wouldn't work. So needless to say it wasn't much of an alarm. So I replaced it with this one. I was gonna buy a pro series. But my truck doesn't have any power options so it would be silly to get an alarm with more options that I can't use. I haven't hooked up the tach wire for the remote start yet. But the alarm is awesome! easy to use and has a far range! Also the siren is extremely loud. And so is the remote when it goes off. I am 115% pleased with it! Shipping was fast and it's a great product. If they ever go back in stock I'm gonna buy another one!

Awesome Value!

I bought this remote start combo a couple months ago and it is awesome! The install was fairly easy as well. The features on it are great but I wish there were more. The 2 way remote is fantastic and the range is pretty good too. The thing about Compustar 2 way remotes is that if you dont think you have signal you'll be surprised. I can be in the grocery store check out line and hold the button for remote start and even though it won't beep, go ahead and walk outside and look at your car because it will be running! Its a great product!

Good alarm

Alarm works just as it did the first day it was installed, love the remote start feature works awesome on my f-350 powerstroke. The shock sensor and 2 way remote are simply amazing. You can silence the alarm speaker on the truck and if the alarm goes off it will alert you on your pager so you can suprise the theif..... Would buy again if i had another car/truck.

Ordered kit from sonic. Quick shipping. No blade slot. I Installed with idatalink al ca. Works flawlessly. 2 way has excellent range. Even several floors up a building, even if car is underground. Mind the position of antenna. 7102 kit available still, with dual 2 way remotes. Same 600 brain. I definitely would buy this kit again.

awesome remote start/alarm, range is not as far as other compustar alarms that i had in the past but for the price I can't complain...

Good Value

Starter and alarm work great but some times the remote will act up. Will not unlock doors so you may have to press it twice,(small things) On the hole it does its job I would recommend this product..For the money GOOD buy
