I have installed two python remote start before, and still have one in my wife's car what can I say the crimestopper rs4-g5 much better, cheaper, you got more options in settings,longer range,and works better from the distance, love it. I highly recommend this for everyone! Thanks Sonic!

Great unit so far.

Installed this in a 2001 F-250 6.8 V10. This unit needed no relays and you don't have to use all the wires that are on the unit to make it work. The remote is VERY nice not cheap plastic it is a little heavy but its not your normal cheap plastic remote that the buttons wear off over time. The system was not really hard to install I found a lot of information on the internet by using Google and the Bulldog Security web page was perfect for the trucks color codes on the wires . I did try to get help from the team at Sonic but it was taking awhile but they were trying to help I just found it before they did. The distance on the remote is double of the one on my new Lincoln but not sure its 2000ft as listed but still very good. I like the option that I can remove my keys and lock the doors when I run in a store and keep the truck running. I kind of wish I would have went with the 2 way system as I thought the 2000ft would have been enough to trust it would start but I still have to look out the window and see if the parking lights came on.

The unit has several options to choose from and they are very easy to do after the install is complete.

Over all a wonderful unit for the price. If you never installed a remote start or done anything with 12v this might be a little much to install.
