Excellent Product!
I finally got around to installing this product on my car recently and I am quite happy overall with it. The key fob will start the car from anywhere I need it to (and I do start it from some good distances). I did install this myself and the instructions were pretty well layed out (compared to some other ones I have done in the past). Everything works as advertised!
I do have some gripes though........ There are no downloadable manuals for this unit anywhere on the internet, which seem weird. Also the key fob is supposed to vibrate, but really never does even though I have it turned on. There is supposed to be a way to put your own pictures and sounds on the key fob but I contacted Crimestopper Customer service and they couldn't tell me how to do it, just said I needed an add on accessory but couldn't tell me where to buy it.
Overall this unit does work well and has the features I wanted. I have actually owned and installed several Crimestopper Remote starts and security systems over the years and have never experienced a problem with these units.
