Crunch 700.2

This amp is very weak. A lot of distortion.

Crunch P500.2

The following review is for a previous version (P500.2).

amazing little amp, it, along with several other crunch amps I have owned, have been pushed to their limits for long periods of time, and have never failed me once.

Good but,

The following review is for a previous version (P500.2).

I bought this amp awhile ago it is pretty clean once it is set up right. The only problem I have with this amp is that it heats up quite fast and it distorts with the level nob past 1/2. I am powering a 12 polk at 4 ohms bridged.

Great Amplifier

The following review is for a previous version (P500.2).

This was my first amplifier install, it went very smoothly, hooked up the speaker wire, RCAs, ground, power, remote wire, tested the power fuse w/the fuse out of the amp, then plugged in the fuse and it turned on, no prob. I have it hooked up bridged 4ohms, to a 10"Kicker Truck Sub with the level at about half in my 97'F150 and it hits really hard :D

Good buy

Bought this amp to pair with a Kenwood 10" shallow mount. Sounds very good, has great range, overall a great little amp.

No issues so far

Bought this amp as part of a package with a Rockford Fosgate R2D2-12" sub and a box and wiring kit. The amp powers this sub nicely with good range. There are adjustments for HPF, LPF, gain, etc. so you can tune it perfectly for your car. I am very pleased with the performance so far (3 weeks). The amp does get a little hot after hitting hard for an hour or so. Very happy with the package as a whole, especially for the price.

Budget Build Sure

The following review is for a previous version (PZT500.2).

I installed this item in my 95 Suburban with a Kenwood 12" KFC-W3012 in a custom built enclosure. The amp put out lots of power and a clean signal with minimal distortion. It had little power draw so there was no headlight dimming and i could play my music for hours without starting the truck. For a Budget Build i would recommend this item.

crunch p500

The following review is for a previous version (P500.2).

this is a good amp for its size. but it does not have enough power for my 2 10in power basses. they draw to much from the amp and kicks it off. but if you are lookin for a good amp for just one speaker this is the best

Polk Quality

The following review is for a previous version (P500.2).

Have this amp pushing 1 polk 10" sub nicely, and could possibly push 2 more 8" subs w/very little effort. Good quality amp for the price, not bad for 4 ohm speakers......

No Power

Would not recomend this amplifier. Replaced a Kenwood amp with the same specs as this one and got 1/10 the power to the speakers.
