Great And Underpriced

The following review is for a previous version (P900.4).

I have this amp and was extremly surprised with the clear signal I had chosen this amp because it was reasonably priced and had already overspent on a Pioneer CD deck and two pairs of Infinity Components. This amp sounds great and last for hours It ids not easily overheated. It has been underpriced and should not be judged by price. It is running 4 tweeters and 4 midrange woofers in a 1998 S10. I'm heard down the block and rattling store windows and displays.
Car alarms will be set off with the right pair of subs

good amp

The following review is for a previous version (PZT900.4).

I hooked this amp up to two pairs of 8 inch woofers rated for 130w rms per pair (ch.3+4) and a set of 5.25 inch kappa components and 6.5 inch kicker components (ch.1+2a)all in my front doors. Now my mids and highs can keep up with my three 15 inch cerwin vega vmax subs. I was running all them speakers off my deck for a while. I actually melted a tinsil lead on one of my subs cranking my system to the max (was an easy fix) wouldn't have done that if my mids and highs weren't amazingly loud and clean now. This little amp is awesome for the price. Think about the fact that it can run 8 woofers and 4 tweeters and over power three 15 with 1500w rms going to them. Going to build a ported box and add another 15 so the amp can push 2000w rms. Maxxsonics amps have always lasted along time for me.

Best Bang for your buck! Small and Powerful

This amp is the best bang for your buck. It has a lot of power and can easily be bridged and be turned into a 3 channel amp. I have it powering some 6.5 component speakers in my front doors and a JL W3 subwoofer and it does it without a problem. Its tiny and can be mounted pretty much anywhere. I definitely would recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy a 4channel amp.

what an amp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The following review is for a previous version (PZT900.4).

i have it bridged in to 2 channels, it is pushing 4 kicker comps 10" subs, there are rated at 150rms and 300 watts peak, and so far no problems running 2ohm loads. A really really great amp for money, only negative is the screw terminals are cheesy.

GREAT AMP FOR THE MONEY!

The following review is for a previous version (PZi-125.4).

This is by far the best bang for your buck as far as 4-channel amps go. Great sound, although not as good as you probably would get with a Rockford 4-channel amp. However, RF amps that are comparable to this in wattage and channels are over $400.00! This one is only $89.99! It amps the speakers great, and at the same time has little distortion rates. I couldn't believe it when I hooked it up, because I thought for sure, because of the price and all, it would be a very poor sound quality. This isn't the case at all. If I was to buy a 4-channel amp, and don't want to spend tons of money on one, I would for sure go with this one, or it's newer brother: the Crunch P900.4. It's almost the same thing from what I have heard. Only drops the number of watts down from 125W @ 4 ohms to 115W @ 4 ohms. Not much of a difference. Also, this one has one preout set (RCA Outputs), so you don't have to waste a spot on the back of your deck (or if you don't have room for another set).

All in all GREAT AMP, CHEAP TOO!

Loud!!!

The following review is for a previous version (P900.4).

I was looking for an amp that could provide clean crisp sound, at a low cost. I have it powering 4 6.5's and 2 6x8's full range speakers (VR3's). The amp is set @ 120hz for the front channel and 85hz rear on high pass frequency, with the front and rear gains set @ half. If your looking to build a system on a budget get this amp seriously, you will not be disappointed. The only regret was not purchasing it from Sonic Electronics so i paid about $35 more.

Solid amp awsome price !

The following review is for a previous version (PZT900.4).

Very good amplifier I have had mine for a 2 years now first one was going strong till it was unfortunately stolen. I have had this exact model as a replacement for about 8 months now and it has been amazing. It has many settings for both front and rear speakers. Accepts 4 gauge for power and grou.d and is very easy to use and tune. Pick this amp up with. Nice set of component speakers and you will not be disappointed!

Good value

Not an expensive amp, so I wasn't expecting much, but it did deliver some nice clear audio and a good thump from the sub.
