Garbage
Product did not work, all sound was distorted, called Crux directly and had horrible customer service, one rep told me “no problem we’ll take care of you” I was happy at first but he never sent me a email with instructions to resolve matter, next rep told me to deal with sonic because crux didn’t sell me product, he said and I quote, “I have a thousand calls a day” so I said, “ a thousand calls a day means your product is crap” first guy sounded legit but didn’t come through, second guy was horrible, taking a stance against me, I paid for your product and it didn’t work and I’m the bad guy? No way!!! Never giving crux my money
