What does this speaker do for the price?
I have a lot of DS18 equipment that is a joy to use. In my experience, the company has incredible value for dollars in all the series; this driver delivers the frequencies that standard MIDS are not going to deliver and SPL will overwhelm. Neodymium round magnets are powerful and very compact for the inner dimensions of your enclosures. If you have been to a rock concert, or a symphony, mashup the two general categories and you have crystal clear "vocal range( 300-500hz)". The set of DS18 EXL PRO 6 inch MIDS are very well suited for the details to come to life upon installation and can stand up to tremendous DB SPL in basshead rides. Best of both worlds ???????? The only better MIDS are in the pic but a higher price point. I like MIDS with push pin terminals and they have great ones too.
