great sub

I really can't comment on the price of this sub since the one I have was given to me for free but i do know that I have this thing hooked up to a 600W amp. With the way I have it set up, if i turn my system up about halfway, the sub hits hard enough to give a back massage in the front seats. I wish I could find another once to pair it with but alas they have been discontinued.

The dub200's

by far the best subs that i have bought in a long time i hooked one up to a orion 300 amp and it pounded harder then my buddys two 12" kickers combined. i am putting 2 of them and a 1800 watt Audiobahn amp in the the back of a kia and the only thing people will beabe to say is damn!!!!!!!!!

AWSOME Sub

This sub sounds great for how cheep it is! i have this hooked up to a 1250 SPL amp running 570rms to a single sub wired at 2 ohms and it withheld that much power for 3 months then it blew! Still is a great sub for 27 bucks i would say BUY IT! YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH IT!

Very Impressed ! ! !

First of all, I must say that SonicElectronix is by far the BEST electronics store/web site that I have EVER bought from. Absolute lowest prices on ALL major name brand products.
I recently bought 2 DUB200 12" subs and I still can not beleive how good they sound. I figured from the price, the Dubs would be a "middle of the road" sub. Boy was I wrong!!! I'm pushing each DUB 12 with it's own MTX MXA 4002 (400 watts RMS) amp and they handle every bit of the power. I'm amazed, the more power I feed them, the more they respond. Any other $55.00 sub would have jumped out of the box and ran by now!!
I HIGHLY recommend a pair. You won't be let down..

WOW

I bought 2 of these to put in the back of my Jeep along with a 1400 watt Sony amp and they hit so hard. The first night i had them i got flashed by the cops riding through town. You can't beat the performance for the price. Two thumbs up.

ok if youre on a bdget

Got 2 of these for my old benz, it was good at first but no less than a week one's coil burnt and the other's sound faded, but audiobahn replaced them and now i'm powering them using a 700w pioneer amp. so the bottom like these subs dont preform well. Audiobahn used to make good stuff but not any more.

the sicks pair you can have

i think that audiobhan and dub they are a crazy combo 1st off the subs are beautiful the tear drop shapes on the basket are sick, and the dub logo fade heads and they hit really hard they dont need a huge amount of power they are the cheaps subs with the amount of thump they have i have two and they are great all i can say is they are dubs what more do you want. Only problem that i have is with the grille it is cheap cheap cheap. They has this cheap ass dub grille that is plastic i hate it. Other then that but them i only use audiobhan in my car.

Dub Speakers

Str8 speakers for the price, a little bit weak, but they still thump the car.

Dub subwoofers

Got a pair of 10's about seven years ago for a couple hundred bucks. Sounded great then. I took them out when I traded that car in, and hadn't used them in nearly four years. I just traded that vehicle in, and decided to put these in the new car along with new JLAudio 6.5's and an Alpine 4 channel amp. The speaker shop snob laughed and said they were junk, but I didn't want to spend another half grand so I said put them in anyway. When I went to pick up my car, they thumped like crazy. Sounded amazing with that Alpine. He tried to say anything would sound good with that amp, but I knew these were good speakers.

much better than you would think!

This sub has 400w rms and I am giving it 300wrms @ 2ohm from my JBL amp... all I can say is.. WOW
The frequency responcse on this sub is amazing for a 12, I have it in a sealed (over-spec, however) 1.8ft^3 box and its lows are very surprisingly loud, it hits hard enough at low frequencies to give a nice back massage, even with only 300 of its 400w ability. It doesnt distort at all from what i can tell, turn bass, volume, and amp gain all the way up and it is just super loud and my car vibrates so you cant really hear it get much louder after a certain point, but that also might be from my cheap deck.
Anyways, I have just one of these and it is as loud as i would ever want a sub(s) plus that it plays very low, has great sq, plays VERY tight in my sealed box, etc

amazing

Do you know when you can hear someones trunk falling apart?? Thats what my car sounds like, and i'm only running 150 watts to each of these subs! They are amazing. They draw so much power, i can't turn my amp up more then halfway before tripping the overheat protection.

awesome sub

I bought 2 of these subs in nov 2005, it is february 2012, i put them to work @ full volume nearly every time i get in the car, and they are still beating strong. I have them running on a 900rms (450rms x2 @2ohm) kicker amp and they take every watt and beg for more! I have them in an mtx sledgehammer slot vented box. I love the way they sound, if they ever do blow, i will be on a mission to find another pair. It is a shame they are discontinued.

What more could you ask from a $28 sub

This little sub sounds great. I made my own 1.2 cu.ft. sealed box and this thing can rattle every thing in my garage, and that is only at 100w. I would definitely recommend this sub to any beginner in car audio.

Pretty good

These speakers are good, but not quite as durable as I thought. Had them for about a month with 400watts going to them wired in parallel @ 2ohm and burned out one of the voice coils. Audiobahn replaced for free minus shipping costs but still a pain. If your on a budget they are good hard hitting speakers Just hope that you don't get a bad one. I may be wrong but I believe these are there budget speakers. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

bang for the bucks

if you want a subwoofer that put out alot of sound for the this is your sub. i have one in a 90 geo prism on a 900 watt soundstorm 2 channel amp in a pro bass box(sealded) and hooked it up to my sony radio i was simply amazed how this woofer performed. at the price that i paid for it i was like it aint gone do much. my car shook so hard with this sub that the rear veiw mirror fell on the dashboard and broke. when i drive by bumping i get asked do you have 2 15 inch subs i was like no just one 12 and when i open my trunk people be like wow you doing it with one 12. now that i have two dubs subwoofer i make people with high end system cut there system down. but like i say you want bang on a budget these are your subs. with a hi spl you dont need a lot of power for these subs but enough to get notice. the only thing that i hate about it is grille. but perfomance for the money 2 thumps up.
