Great Saw Stand
I bought this for my Dewalt 12" compound sliding miter saw. I do construction for a living and so far I love it. Setup and tear down takes only minutes making it great for moving from job to job. So easy to take down and setup that I take it down every day so my saw is not sitting on the job at night. It is very sturdy for normal use however I was concerned about the extensions bending when I was cutting green oak 2x8s so i put saw horses under the extension. That is not needed for 2x4s, pine etc. I am using the included stops/supports and like them though some day I plan to get the wide ones and the rollers for additional supports. I highly recommend this stand.
Perfect for me
This miter stand is a really great product for the price. I use to have to make up stands using saw horses, the floor, truck bed, etc. With this stand I can repeat cuts for my ceiling and wall studs which saves me time and frustration. I purchased one support leg for long cuts and it keeps the rail solid. Nice accessories to purchase if needed.
