Does a great job

I bought the DUAL XGPS150 for use with my iPad 2 as an additional instrument while flying (sport pilot license).
Just some short information: It works great, with high accuracy, long battery power and easy to use.

I'm the captain of a B737-800 and I use the Dual GPS with my iPad and Jeperson FD. It's absolutely awesome!

Excellent

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Accurate GPS, connects quickly, Bluetooth works great. I use this with my nook to run navigation in my car, and this GPS radio is the one part that works every time.

Outstanding Product

Out standing piece of kit. I would sincerely recommend the Dual XGPS 150. It works great with my Navionics System and has never let me down.

Bang for your buck

6 months ago I had purchased the dual xgps150 to further support situational awareness in my cockpit. After 6 months, I'm still pleased with this amazing product. To have the ability to sync to both apple ipad and android and pc is what makes this device better for both functionality and price. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent item

GPS is quick to get a fix and accurate. The non-slip mat for holding it on the dashboard works very well. At an unexpected emergency stop proved recently, everything else went flying but the GPS stayed in place!

Easy to link to Android and iOS phones/tablets - though you will need to buy some extra software to do this (free for iOS and fairly low cost for Android)

Works Great with WiFi iPad 2!!

Works great with my WiFi iPad 2. I bought my iPad 2 not needing the data plan and found out that any map program wouldn't really work without a GPS that the G iPad models have. This product solved that problem. Hooked up via bluetooth with no problems. Now to find a good mapping program that holds all the maps in memory. I am looking at Navigon, I just keep missing when it is on sale.

I connected this device to both my iPad and my iPod. It was easy to set up and worked great. It was small and compact and the battery lasted a long time. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Let's me use tomtom app on my 2nd gen iPod touch or on galaxy S2 seems to deliver okay.

Good Product

The XGPS150 locks on to satellites in decent time and has very good accuracy. I have only used it with my iPad. The blutooth connection using the apple protocol works very well. I have not tried the non-apple blutooth connection. Works well in airplanes (in cockpit) and cars when placed in windows. I did not get a satellite lock in the back of an airplane and riding a train, even when placing the device as close as possible to a window. Over all I am very happy with this gps receiver.
