Better then other well known brands!

I know...Earthquake is known as a "budget brand", but I was able to obtain a pair of these 6x9 speakers at a great price (open box). Plus they have to be better than stock speakers (2003 Toyota Camry)...right? Indeed they are! I actually replaced all 6 speakers on my car. With the other set of 6x9 being JBL GX963 (Both rated at 100w RMS). And I'll be honest, If I had to choose the best sounding speaker...I would go with Earthquake.

I did have a few issues with the speaker...1st off...the super tweeter on one of the speakers had fallen off. Since I obtain them knowing they were open box/used, I'll give Earthquake the benefit of a doubt. Either way I was able to place them back on with some hot glue. 2nd issue was in regards to mounting depth. I would have wanted these speakers up in front (Doors), but I had to place them in the rear due to not allowing my windows to roll down. Once again, that's my fault and not the companies.

In conclusion - These speakers out play the more known JBL GX963 6x9. Enough Said!!!

I was a little skeptical, but when I installed
Them I was blown away. The sound quality
Was clear and the bass hit hard like I like it
Unfortunately these came a little late to
But the what was werh it. No complaints
Here just a happy customer.
