I purchased this for my son's Honda Accord. It allowed him to plug Apple products in directly. It was a great value.

Eclipse stereo questionable, cable good

The cable purchased here was a reasonable price, delivered timely, and fit everything as advertised. It was a good manageable length being long enough to go from under dash to the back seat if needed. The problem was probably with the stereo purchased from a local retail store as I was unable to control the Ipod through the stereo. In other words I could not get any music from the Ipod to play over the stereo, which was the purpose in buying the cable.

the only thing is that the ipod cannot be operated while connected; you have to go through the radio, but once you're used to it, it's fine.

Great Headunit

Great product!, iPod interface works good (I'm using a nano), Very simple design and easy to use! Sounds great with my polk audio components!

I wish I could buy another one to put in my other car but it won't fit :(

better than fm transmitters

Very clean sound and even powers the iPod. worth the money because it is very cheap as opposed to the $90 FM transmitter i got that is all static.

Works better than expected!

I bought this IPC-009 iPod cable for the Eclipse CD1200G. It has fulfilled all my needs. I tested the cable with an iPhone 3GS, worked as expected. The iPhone actually charged with no issues, and music played almost instantly. The best part about this cable, my iPhone has an Otterbox Defender case. A lot of cables will not plug into the iPhone without taking this case off (genuine Apple usb cable and Griffin powerjolt cable fit fine with this case). Add this cable to the list...it's a tight fit, but it actually fits with the Otterbox Defender case on the iPhone.

Easy and operational

It works with my iPhone and old school first gen iPod and for the price can't go wrong.

Works as advertised

I would recommend. It came free with the Eclipse deck. Easy install. Charges and plays iPod without any problems.

Good free add on

This came with a stereo i ordered. It is a great add on, but the cable might be a bit too long so you have to spool it up under the dash.

Good and Durable

I don't really use this cable because I have a Zune, but it worked great for my friends iPods. It was durable and very long. The only issue I found was, that with my setup, it looked tacky because it was rather thick; but I guess thats what you get for the feature of durable.
