The complete Package

Great sq setup, if set up right with you should have no problems. I power mine from a kicker sx 900.4 and they love the power i have mine mounted in custom locations. Definitely remember you are looking at some work to get these bad boys to fit, unless of course you have a European car with factory 3- way components.

out of the box it comes with everything you need, AND THE MIDBASS KICKS SO WELL. This set will definitely compliment a good sub stage i have 2 12" IA Flatlynes and they really mix well ..

Very Loud

Installed them on a Chevy Silverado and they sound great! Install was a little tricky but, easy at the end.

These speakers are very loud and sound really clean. The size is a bit big, but that doesn't matter if you want clean sound for a great price. Sonic Electronix said it would fit my car, well i made it work. Waiting on my next pair in the mail gonna change Polks for these in my rear doors.

Best bang for the buck by far.

I've purchased 4 set's of these and a friend also has after we both installed them in his car and my wife's car. They sound very, very good for their price point. They sound as good to me as a set that costs 3 or 4 times this much. It's near impossible to get a 3-way component set at this price point that sounds this good.
The midrange and tweeter are very nice. The midrange to some might sound a little bright, easy to correct this - reverse the phase on the midranges. Also the tweeter may also seem this way but that can be averted with attenuating 3 db via the crossover. The set SHINES in the midbass area. The 6.5's in this set will blow you away and leave my buddies car not needing a sub any longer. His doors are very well sealed and deadened as I used a few different products on his doors to ensure excellent response on the low end frequencies. Good deadening and well sealed doors are a must with these speakers. Installation is a breeze. The tweeter is small and the midrange is reasonable small as well, a couple of hole saw's is all you need to install them.

SC8365

These components get loud, no doubt about it. The three way components are hard to find room for w/o major customization. My only real complaint is that when you play the music loud over an extended period (usually more rock w/ continous vocals) the tweeter cuts out until you turn it down as if it's trying to cool down. It drove me nuts, enough to buy new components.

Nice Speakers.....but would not fit

These are the nicest, well built set of components I have ever seen!!..The Mid Bass drivers look like small subs...they are huge and deep!!!....And there lies the problem....could not get them in my 2008 Altima...I had Cartunes do the install...and they tried everything under the sun...the last resort was to cut holes in my door panels, which I did not want. I really felt bad....I was exicted to hear these speakers. So be prepared to to some heavy modding to get these to fit

I purchase a set because these are great! Always wanted a set few years back but it costed way more. at this price its a steal! tsted out quick on the h/u. sounded real nice! everything u need is in the box. real quality on how it fitted in the box lol. the tweeter holder alone is like metal, not that cheap plastic! beefy lil 6.5! price jump up 20 buck! and i bought a 2nd one at the price. cus its some bad comp set. beats my old hertz hi-e for the price and performance ratio for sure! it dont break the bank also

Eclipse SC8365

The speaker set I bought was great for the first month or so. After that I had notice a bit of a rattle in one of the woofers and thinking that it's probably my doors. So then I bought sound deadening mat and it helps ALOT but still notice the rattle in the woofer. Either way I still love the system and it still sounds great minus the rattle.

This is a great set of speakers. The separation is well defined. The midwoofers, tweeters and midrange are outstanding. You only need to be very carefull when handling the woofer during installation .The aluminum cone is very delicate and prone to get damaged when touched..

I have owned several systems component sets over the last 20 years, but I will have to say that these speakers were the CLEANEST and most DETAILED set I have heard in a long time. The mids and highs image like crazy, while the mid bass drivers REALLY fill the big void between most component woofers and the subwoofer. You can stop using your sub to fill the gap, and start getting cleaner sounding mid bass response! These are very power hungry so, please be sure to run this set off of an ample amplifier, and be prepared to make some modifications in order to get the mid bass drivers to fit properly.

Eclipse 8365 ARE AWESOME

I have purchased 4 sets of these an they sound awesome. The mid an tweet has several ways of mounting besides that bulky piece they come in. But they are great better than several brands I have owned before.

Quality product for a great price

Excellent overall quality. The mid tweeter combo is a little to bright / harsh for installation in the A-pillars. I think they are better suited to a kick panel or factory door speaker location. Excellent low end out of the 6.5" woofer and the overall sound is very nice. Since mine are installed in the A-pillars it took some tuning to tone down the higher frequencies. After that I am quite happy with the speakers performance.

Great mids and highs

Sound great. But bulky to install. Not recommended in limited space. If you have the space great sound quality and value I have owned MB Quart, Alpine Type-R, Pioneer, Rockford, MTX, and Image Dynamics. Would highly recommend them if you have the extra cash
