simply amazing for the price
I installed 2 sets of these in my winter vehicle (ford ranger xlt 4x4) with the Eclipse cd1200g double din deck. Got everything for a little over $150 here at Sonic. These speakers sound amazing with this deck. I always knew the Eclipse made great decks but I had no idea they made great speakers as well. Maybe they're just the perfect match with the deck because some of the other reviews I've read here say lack of bass and clarity don't make sense. These speakers are very clear and crisp. The bass for a mid size speaker is great and has a wide range. These speakers aren't made to push bass but I am really impressed with how much they do. Bottom line is you cant go wrong with these for $30 a set especially if you already have an Eclipse deck. I guarantee you will be impressed.

Good replacement speakers
Bought these looking for a decent sounding, low powered, replacement speaker for my moms '97 Ford. Ive never used or even listened to Eclipse speakers, but since they pretty much make the best head units on the planet, I figured, "how bad could their speakers be". Well, to answer that self question, they are not bad at all. They are not great, but they definitely don't suck either. These speakers have a nice smooth sound, neither heavy in the highs, mids, or lows, but rather pretty balanced overall. They are so much nicer than the stock speakers they've replaced! Could I see myself paying List Price for these? No way! No way can these speakers justify the $180 list price tag! The sound just isnt THAT refined. However, at $35, these speakers are an amazing deal and will most likely put your current stock speakers to shame. So, if youre looking for super high powered, and loud, speakers capable of slappin your head silly, dont buy these. If youre looking for a smooth sounding, moderate listening volume, pleasing to the ear speaker, these might just be what youre looking for. The $35 SE price tag makes taking the chance easy.

replaced near top of the line speakers
I was a little skeptical at first due to the price, since the pair of speakers i was replacing were hand crafted, higher end aftermarket from a local shop, but I've never had a problem with Eclipse products so i figured i'd give it a try. Heck I've been dealing with Eclipse products since 1998. Well let me tell you what I was glad I went back to old faithful...and these things sound awesome!!! I actually had to readjust my amp (infinity 475a) and EQ settings because these things were so much better sounding than their predecessors! These balance perfectly with my 2 MTX Jackhammer 12's running off of a JL Audio 1000/1 all running off of an Eclipse CD3200 head unit. I HIGHLY recommend these to anyone wanting to upgrade! Best part is they fit perfectly into the factory slot in my 2007 Taurus and sound amazing.

Good but not great
If you're replacing stock speakers these will sound much better but they have no bass at all! So if you're not making much power then they are great but otherwise don't bother.

Eclipse SE8375 Review
The speakers did not match the cross-fire surround sound in my F-250. They were removed and OEM speakers were installed.

Great QUALITY Sound, for a nice low price!
I have used these in my Mazda Miata Convertible for the last two years. I really like them, and my passengers say they sound great too. One of them failed last week, so I decided it was time to upgrade to the bigger, more powerful SE6800. Well, after trying the SE6800, I just ordered a pair of my old SE6875's, because the SE6800 just don't sound as good as those old SE6875's. Bigger magnets, higher efficiencies don't necessarily translate into a better sound. Like they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Nice cheap upgrade over OEM speakers
I installed these on my F150 and the sound is now more clear than the OEM speakers. I have a sub, so I was not worried about how they would handle the low frequencies. For about $30 a pair its a good deal!

Eclipse SE8375
I would recommended these speakers to someone who is looking to upgrade from factory speakers, or blown speakers, without breaking the bank.
I spent about $75 six months ago and replaced all the speakers in my car. They sound much better than my 10 year old factory speakers. They are still crisp and sound wonderful along with my Kicker '12. If you want to be heard from blocks away, spend more money, if you want good speakers for cheap, get them.
