Excellent

Installed and use a Eclipse EA4200 to power them through a Eclipse CD8443 deck and the sound is amazing. Not real bass hitters but very good for a component sound. Would but again.

Great Sound Quality

Currently have 2 sets of these paired with a Eclipse EA4200 4 channel and 2 150W RMS 12" subs in the trunk in a bandpass box, and i could not be happier. My whole system cost about 500$ and i can honestly say it sounds better then my friends system, who's running Alpine Type R components all around with 2 Alpine type R 12's in the trunk. Being that these are point-source speakers there very deep, they didn't fit in my factory holes without adding 1" spacers (about 5$ per set here on sonic). Speakers are also lacking in the low bass, there only rated down to 65Hz, so if you listen to alot of rap, blues, dubstep ect.. without a subwoofer your going to be disappointed i would suggest going with a pair of JBL's instead. But if you are pairing these speaks with a nice sub or 2, these are the speakers for you, Great midbass mid's and High's, extremely clear all the way up PAST 60W. and believe me these speakers can get up to volumes that hurt your ears, still with no distortion, its only when i crank my deck past 45/50 that i start to hear some distortion, and im sure thats limited by my amp NOT the speakers. A Great product overall, such a shame that eclipse as a brand was discontinued.

Great Speakers!!

These speakers are great for the price. With proper installation they perform as well as components costing twice as much. The highs are crisp and they produce adequate midbass. And the mounted tweeter helps with install cause you do not have to find placement for the tweeter. Only wish that the tweeters had the option of being removable like the sp6500 eclipse components. Overall great buy!
