AMAZING

The linear excursion of this sub is superior to most entry level subs. The parameters are excellent for the price also. 25hz Fs ?!?!? Just look up the specs and compare... This sub plays very low, very. Hits every note spot on, from mid bass all the way down the spectrum without skipping a beat. Incredible for this price. I have one in a 1.75 cubic foot seal enclosure and I am pushing it with a 2 channel amp in stereo. (the left channel to one coil, and the right channel to the other) with about 75~80 watts RMS to each voice coil. Gain up 2/3 the way, bass boost 1/2. Its a cheap profile amp, but 2 channels generally have better sound quality than monoblocks because of the differences in design. I know it sounds like I am over exaggerating, but I just went from (2) 15 inch audiobanhs with about 1200 watts true RMS to this one 12 with about 150~180 or so watts. This one plays almost as low as the 2 15s did and gets loud also (obviously not as loud as the 15's). During some songs I get the sensation of air against my throat and ears. I'm thinking 'One entry level 12? can't be....' I am thoroughly impressed. Three of these and you'll have an amazing set up. You'll go deaf from loud AND CLEAN bass. KEY WORD "CLEAN"....
Pros: performance, power handling, DVC, price, and reasonably efficient.
Cons: Not everyone needs DVC ...that's all i can think of
If I had a choice between this one and a kicker, I'd choose this one. Same goes for 4500 MTX's. with JL's, it would be a draw.
I hope this was helpful
