It's alright I guess

The dash cam is nice in as far as the way it looks and functions. My only issue is that the owners manual is poorly written so you'd more than likely have to figure out its functions as you go. The video quality is real good but audio recording picks up every little sound but there is an option to disable recording audio.

Perfect solution for peace of mind

Recomended if you are planning to get a dash cam.Insurance company didn't fought for me in my accident so I opted for getting a dash cam as a prove if it happens again. Exelent quality, high range recording, and small enough to not interfere with the view of the driver.Only issue I found is that it won't stay on recording unless I keep it connected to the charger . Probably I'm doing something wrong, but it doesn't bother me anyways.

Super nice recording and neat options

Pros:
- Option to record in 1 min, 2 min and 3 min intervals
- High-resolution compared to my cheap one that I have in other car
- Automatically records even when car is off. This is really cool in case someone messed with my car.
- Easy to install and dismount

Cons:
- Not that easy to hard wire. I had to have a friend help me splice into the wire to install into the rearview mirror.
- I wish it was micro usb. I don't know why, but I just do (it's mini USB)

DO NOT BUY THIS

To start the suction cup broke while installing the unit. Second, the unit would NEVER record, no matter what I did. I followed the half a&& instructions, rest the unit powered on and off, reset the setting to default. Between the install of the unit, and messing with it for an hour or so, that is time I will never get back

Its not bad.. but not good either buttons are small and poorly or unmarked. the manual MUST be kept with you at all times. the Auto record does not work.. when you start and drive the car ,IT is supposed to start recording.. It does NOT..You must manually start it. the gps instructions are poor.
