Excellent Alarm, Great Value
It does what I need it to. It's a little finicky about arming and disarming in "silent mode" with the remote. It's supposed to take two pushes of the button but takes three pushes most of the time. I had difficulty programming the alarm after I installed it until I figured out the problem. From the factory, the alarm was set to not chirp. The chirps are your confirmations for alarm settings. I changed the required setting and the programming worked as it should. Overall I'm pleased with the alarm.
