Great amp

This amp is great, I purchased two of them... One is running a ported box with 2 12" subs parrallel (2ohms) and the other is running 2 12" sealed (4 ohms). since their was no fan cooling I made a small slope to give the vents unde the amp more air flow.

Amp Review

This amp has held up for almost a year now and its been a great value.

MA audio is good for rock/country but not so much for hip hop/rap.

Works Great and is very loud

I got this amp after my visonik blew up (dont get me started but if u want the story read my review on it) this is a way better amp it is much better built and it hits harder. even though it say's it makes less power. only thing wrong with it is it makes a bump when it is turnd on (no big deal to me) other that that it is a great amp 4 the money. ;-)

Great pice of work

I have this amp pushing a 18inch Mach 5 Audio singal 4ohm and it sounds amazing. Came in on time and was in great shape.

Rocking my Ram1500

I purchased this amp to run in 2 ohms pushing 2 Panasonic CJ-SW3003 12" subs in a sealed custom box.
They can handle 700 watts rms ea. This amp rocks these subs so hard!!!! I am so amazed at the output this little amp has. I have seen it priced at other domains for 129, 189, and even 299. You can't beat this price, quality, or output period!!!

great amp. i have 2 running 2 rockford fostgate punch 12 and it hits hard i cant even tell you how much i love these amps great buy

Big bass for small bucks.

I'm currently running 2 MA amps, this 689i and an 1889i on my subs. This amp is absolutely getting the job done and puts out plenty of clean usable power. I've heard mention of these amps running to hot etc, but if you know how to set gains properly this is not an issue whatsoever. Mine is BARELY warm to the touch at all, even when running it at extremely high volumes for extented periods of time. It's all about tuning your amps properly folks ;) . This is a quality unit I wouldn't heitate to recommend to anyone and for the price it's an absolute no brainer.

Nice Amp for the price...

I have this amp running 2 4 ohm 12's wired in series for a 2 ohm load and they really bump. The amp is more than enough for the subs.

excellent amp

this is a great amp.
its a great price, excellent performance, and it looks good.

the only complaint i have is that it doesn't have any extra features (eg. soft start turn on)

but other than that, its a great investment. this amp goes great with just about any system. i would recommend it to anyone.

I ordered this amp and its a GREAT amp for the price. I have it on two 12" MA120Q's and it pushes them well but they can take a lot more then its putting out.

hits just as hard

this thing hits just as hard as my bd1000 and it cost's a hll of alot less i perfer this one because it it smaller in size

Excellent Sub Amplifier

I have a SoundSplinter RL_p 12" subwoofer, have tried this sub in the same box with a Kicker 1000 watt amp, and I can't really tell a difference in excursion, loudness, etc. I have this amp wired at 2 ohms, so it's putting out 800 watts to the one sub. It does get kind of hot by the touch after about 5-10 minutes of playing, full blast, but other than that, VERY good amplifier for the money. I am quite satisfied with it.

good amp

this is a pretty nice amp. It hits hard and deliver nice clean power. I personally like the look of the amps and are satisified with how they perform.

Works really good

I think this amp is great. I have it going to my 12" kicker L7. I have had to turn my gain down and pretty much all the setings because the speaker started to smell like speaker smoke. So I love this amp for the money. No problems so far beside's I may need to get another speaker.

I bought this amp and put it on a 12' infinity, and it bumps like crazy. For the price its a great amp.

I own one of these amps and i am not happy with it. This amp is not pushing the wattage it says.
I have this amp on a massive cw15 and it barley moves the sub. I would not recomend this amp.
The price is pretty good, but if you want 800 watts buy a jl, memphis, or something in that class.

Pretty nice

pretty nice amp, sounds good, drives hard, my only complaint is that it doesn't have fancy little things many other amps in the same class have like a bass remote for the people who like messing with that for every song. but nice amp if you dont care about such things.

This amp rocks!

MA Audio is a well known brand and this amp helps with their reputation. If you own one or have heard one, you know what I'm talking about! This amp has a lot of power and has some sweet looks too. Right now this amp is powering two 10" Rockfords and one 12" Powerbass! I would definitely suggest this amp to anyone.

Great Amp 4 the $

i agree with the part about the amp bump when the car turns on but other then that this is a great amp i have it pushing a 10" Kenwood sub. the sub is rated for 1000 watts but this amp does the trick. This amp has great bass.

Amp puts out lots of power

This is a great amp for the money, put out lots of clean power. Only down fall, does not have soft turn on and the amp over heats running into two ohms

This Amp Is Sweet

this amp is sooo nice. my friend paid 500 dollars for a kicker amp and u cant tell the difference. this is def. worth the moeny. i recommend it to anyone!

Fits under the seat....

And it didn't take up a whole lot of real estate in my wallet. I have this pushing one 300w 4ohm sub right now and even with the gain turned to half it's still a little too much. I put an amp in my old car that was pushing exactly what that sub needed and when the sub popped I was limited as to what I could replace it with. This amp has some range so if I blow these subs up (and I'm sure I will) I'll have a much wider selection of subs to look at.

Good amp

I purchased this amp off of one of my friends last year to push my JL W0 12". After I hooked it up i was very happy with the SQ and how loud and deep my bass was and I have a 99 Chyrsler Concorde which is a pretty big car. I wanted to test the amps potential so I bought two more W0 12" for a total of four 12" and let me tell, when i showed people what was pushing my subs, they couldnt believe it from the sounds of things.

Great amp for 10s ans 12s. I had them hooked to my 2 Rockford Fosgate 10s and they hit great. 15s were too much
