Im Overall Very Impressed.

I have always wanted to get a good sounding audio system for my car. I am kinda an audiophile so i like to hear things exactly the way i imagine them to be. I dont have any money so everything i get is from saving up little things. This being my first subwoofer to be honest. It pounds the low notes better than many other subs that i have heard. For the value it is absolutely great. At full power 400rms it makes everything flex, slight windshield, steering wheel, spoiler, anything laying on the ground of my vehicle is moving around. I would recomend this as a starters because of how inexpensive it is and the value you get from it. I have now grown to like the back massage i get everytime i drive to school. So getting another one of these is going to be a must. Forewarning, you will find rattles you didn't know existed. As for cons, 400 watts rms isnt a lot of power handling for those who want massive systems. It is a single voice coil so your stuck with 4 ohms unless you buy multiple, which you can cause they dont cost much. If your using a ported enclosure (like i am, might try a sealed when it gets warm out again) you can hear some motor movement when playing at low volume levels with the amp at full power, turning down the remote amp gain fixes it for me, but it is not that loud at all anyways, i just really listen to details and music and i can hear small things!

Bottom line. It lookes great, has its small flaws, performs great, and is affordable. Fli is not a well know companay for what i know, but with this 15 i think they have a great start to become top of the line audio.

WOW......

Hey there im a car audio installer and ive seen and heard lots of different brands, sizes, dual to quad coil, 8's to 22's..... and i must say for the price..... WOW!!! i installed 2 of these woofers in a 7ft3 dual ported enclosure and it pounds the hell out of the van its in. For the quality and features of this woofer may look quite lacking it is AMAZAZING!!!

in my opinion these woofers stack up to re audio quality... and thats saying something for a newer company. i deff wasn't expecting any where near what i actually got out of them. i have them hooked up to a 3200watt auto tech mean machine amp running 400watt rms and 800peak at 4 ohms. If you want a budget system def consider these woofers!!!

Pros- EVERYTHING!!! no heat issues at high wattage. no clipping. nice basket and over all looks, nice cone look!

Cons- NOTHING!!!

X 2, good to go!

Dropped in two @ 4 ohms on a 1600 W, 400 RMS each, hits great, highly recommend for the price!

HOLY CATS!

This may be a new brand, but i would have thought they were in the game for 30 years. The sound quality is amazing. This 1 15" sounds like 4 12". Everyone says that subs compare to L7's but these actually do. They produce more decibels at less wattage. It rattled my trunk clean off!!!!!!!!!! I hooked it up in a shabby enclosure with an amazing boss amp wired at .00001 ohm and it bangs. kind of skimpy on features but for how loud it is.... FORGET THE FEATURES.

Great sub for the price

I just recieved two of these subwoofers. I originally had them in a vented enclosure but they didnt sound too good. Once i sealed the enclosure they pounded so hard!! Only running 286 rms to each. Using two separate amps. Definitely great buy for the buck. Use to have 2 kicker 15's 2010 model. These sound just the same if not better. definitely recommend!

super deep lows

I have 1 frequency 15 Running off a 300 watt rms old school mtx amp and boy does it perform!!! Super clean and super low hard hitting bass! I love this thing. Purchased it here at sonic almost 2 years ago and its worked fantastic ever since. The 15" is enough to suit my needs and Im a bass freak! I paid over $100 for it and I see its priced at 50 sometin bucks. Thats crazy cheap for the quality and performance. I just bought a new S40 volvo and wasnt sure if I could fit 15s in the tiny trunk so I just purchased 2 of the new series frequency 12s. Dont think they look as cool as the diveted face on the old series 15 but Im hoping the performance is comparable. Matched to a new hifonics amp pushin 750 rms at 2 ohms I think they will!!! FLI subs are top of the line. I've owned mtxs, clarions and kickers and the frequency 15 is the best I've owned!! Once I get these 12s installed I'll rate them too!!!
