One unit works perfectly. The other unit was used, had brown stains and wear marks. One of the cables on it had a cut in the insulation. One arm that mounted it to the seat broke. I was able to install it to see if i could live with it and it played a dvd once and not again. Sonic would not warranty it and neither would the manufactorer. Not happy with the pruduct or the costumer service i recieved.
