FiiO USB headphone amp&
After a long search for a Hi-Fi portable amp& for my laptops it became clear that or I have to pay a pile of money or I have to do a smart search...
With a unique reasonable option on the market: FiiO's audio solutions.
I have several fine headphones and Hi-Fi sound cards in PC's, so it was making a great difference connecting them to laptop's audio chip.
Now I have a solution, and besides making a great sound ,E10K is tiny, traveling inside the headphone's cover with them, so I have no worries about damaging the unit or loosing USB cable.
Highly recommend E10K to everyone.

Inexpensive doesn't mean cheap
This little DAC/amp punches way above its weight. I have another DAC/amp 4 times the FiiO's cost that's not better, and truthfully may not be quite as good. I've listened to jazz, classical, R&B, country--it all sounds very good. The midrange (where music lives) is especially well served by the FiiO. Instruments are clearly sorted out; even soft playing doesn't get lost in the digital haze, as it sometimes does on cheap gear. I read some good reviews of the FiiO E10K, and they're right. The worst thing I can say is it's so compact that wrapping your fingers around the little volume pot can be a challenge. Highly recommended.
