Fiio X3

I have over the years acquired a lot of mp3 players & for the most part thought the sound quality was dependent on the headphone or earphone quality..was I wrong !!
The FIIO X3 blew that line of thinking right out of the water. Considering the file types it will play & play extremely well , is without a doubt the best purchase I've made , in terms of value & quality ,in a long time!!
I'm no audiophile but I know what I like...It's a winner & a keeper!Triple A+ player..buy one...you will not be disappointed !!! Bill

Love it!!

I've been looking for a player to replace my Optimus CD-3400 which started to hear clicking noise in one channel after all these years of use. My goal was to find something that would sound as good or better for a reasonable price. It took some time but my search brought me to Fiio X3. This player is music to my ears. The price was right and if it lasts half as long as my portable CD player did I couldn't be more happy about this purchase.

Awesome sound at a great price

I am so pleased to have found an HD player at a price I can afford. Comparable players cost over $600. This baby has a premium DAC that plays 192khz 24 bit flac files and just about anything else. It sounds amazing paired with my Beyerdynamic DT-1350 headphones. I also use the line out to the aux input of my 20 year old mini stereo system in work-it never sounded better. If you love great sound on a budget you can't beat this.
It is solidly built. The GUI is not the best, but it is manageable. Love it.
