All I can say is that I replaced a brand new pair of Boston's for these.
After connecting everything - right out of the gate - the best sounding speakers I have heard in a car. Tame the tweeter if your tastes require it by reducing 3db on the crossovers.
Mounted in 1/2 Baffles with dynamatted doors - bass is great.
Very easy to blend into the balance of the system which uses JL audio amp and 3 JL 8" subs.
Price from Sonic Makes the Value strong..

The Best Ever
Best sounding speakers I ever heard. The only best thing is it is not made for bass. But I keep all my bass in the back, with subwoofers.
