This was my first experience with Focal, and in my opinion these are great speakers for what they are. I installed them in my Honda accord with pioneer DVD navigation system and works great! Focal is the way to go, if you want quality sound for reasonable money. Check your cars fitment because the magnet on Focal speakers way larger than stock speaker so In my case I needed to custom fit them. Other than that amazing sounding speakers!!! Luv em, recommend to all!

Best 6x9

I have these speaker hooked up in a 2008 Harley Davidson street glide. they are very clear and have plenty of bass. If you are not putting a good processor behind them, then don't complain about how they sound. They are the best sounding 6x9 you can buy. Trust me. They have far more good reviews than they do bad for a reason. If you evaluate the person giving them a bad review and read what they are using to push the speakers, you will see they don't know speakers. No body uses blaupunkt radios anymore unless in factor, and factory radio suck anyways.

You can't go wrong with Focals and these give nice rear fill and at a very reasonable price. They are a perfect match to my amp.

These are some of the cleanest, loudest 6x9's i've heard! For the price you can't go wrong! Crystal clear at all volumes! i have a RF T-600-4 powering these and they love it!! I would definitely recommend these to anyone who appreciates car audio.

These are the best 6x9 speakers that I have ever heard. A Must Have!

Audiophile grade quality!

These things are LOUD. Not loud, but LOUD. The best part is that they are crystal clear at the highest of volumes. I have them on 80 watts in my rear deck and I won't buy anything but Focal after these.

Brand new in the box, sealed units. Speakers sound phenomenal and were reasonably priced.

Focal 690-CVXs

I have a set of these in my '89 E30 with some 6 1/2" K2s in the front (O.E. customized tweeter pods) w/a JL XD700/5 and I can't turn it up all of the way for any length of time!

I heard these at C** T***, but didn't feel the need to pay the inflated price so I bought them through Sonic, and had change left over for the Amp kit and installation. Also, Focals came highly recommended from a few local stereo shops, and from two of my friend's shops back in VA.

Now I just need a sub, and a better head unit for a full compliment!

cvx 690----overrated

these speakers are overrated and overpriced they do not handle bass. I'm using a 12 year old blaupunkt dallas md 70 head unit with loudness control off. I use a BBE SM-4012 to control the bass, they really don't handle bass as well the factory speakers in my Toyota Tacoma baja series truck. I would not recommend these speakers to anyone.

i have two of these in a ported box with a cheap amp and these are so loud the best SQ i have ever heard out of speakers

These Speakers are the BEST!!! True Sound, The Highs & lows are wonderful. Feels like a band is playing in your front seat.
