I Love theses Speakers

Theses speakers are GREAT. I've brought these since I was a kid an they have never let me down. Been buying them for over 25 YEARS, maybe you should try them as well.

very good purchase

This protection for my woffer is awesome, this really exceeded my expectations. My car looks great and I feel safe to put in anything in my trunk of my car, without concerns that something might damage my subwofer.

Perfect

This grill is simple and stout. Has it's own mounting holes so you don't have to dismount your sub and reuse holes. Wide enough to fit around my Alpine Type R and deep enough to clear the speaker at max volume (displacement). Perfect for my trunk mounted sub

overall very pleased with the quality of this enclosure from materials used to fit & finish. Its been in use for a couple of months now & doing great! The only improvement I would suggest would be to use heavier gauge for terminal ends current ones are thin & fragile.

Stylish Grills

This is a great looking grill that really helps to keep objects in my trunk from puncturing my subs. They won't keep smaller items off, but I've never had any issues.

Too small for Orion 10 Inch HCCA sub

I installed an Orion 10 inch HCCA in my rear armrest of my SUV. Thought these would be great to cover the sub so my dog won't step on the sub. I had to buy the grill cover for the 12inch to cover the sub since the frame of the HCCA sub is larger than most. But overall it's a great cover. I prefer these covers to the JL cover that requires drilling into the box and has to be templated to install with glue.

Way better than crappy mesh style grills, and fit almost any sub, (no HCCA). GREAT BUY!!!!

Great Product

This grill protects my JL W3 nicely. plenty of room for excursion. Mounting screws come with it. Easy install and very strong steel.

Nice Grill!

I used this grill to protect an Infinity Reference 1062 sub in a sealed box in my trunk. The grill looks nice and installed perfectly on the sealed enclosure just outside the Sub rim like it was made for it. I had originally purchased another product but it didn't fit. It won't prevent small objects coming through but it saves it from the big stuff and lets you show off the cool-looking sub behind it. You will need your own mounting hardware. I used 1 inch #8 Philips and they worked fine. I'd post picture if I could. Definitely worth the money.

Good Fit Good Look

I ordered 2 of these to protect a set of JBL subs. The fit and finih was great. I then moved them to a set of Boston G1's and they fit just as good. They fit around and over the subs and screw directly to the enclosure

Great Looks

I have these to save my Phoenix Gold SL10D4 subwoofers (which are rare and irreplaceable now) from all the cargo I toss in the trunk. They fit around them perfectly, with room to boot. The inside diameter is approx 11.75" so they should fit around any 10" subs. No cons that I can think of, they do the job and look good doing it.

Product works great. The only issue i had was the grill coming loose. I just removed the screws and locked tited them. you should also turn the grill so the bars are diagonal, if not things slip through easy. but other than that works as expected. They should just lock tite the screws from the factory.

Very nice

I put 2 of them over my two 10" Eclipse subs (SW6010) in an angled gray box. It looks better than other factory grilles (especially matches great with my silver cones), and it's very easy to install. In the mean time, you can put in however you want... vertically, horizontally, diagonally, etc. Additionally, it's very well made metal.

Nicely manufactured item, chrome looks good and grill feels really solid. Height is good for long excursion woofers. Well worth the price.

Not so impressed about fit, but looks good and fulfills its function

I was looking for a grille to protect my Illusion Audio C10XL subwoofer as the manufacturer does not offer one. I wanted something that would fit around the beauty ring that comes with the subwoofer. This grille provides protection from large objects, although it would not protect it from sharp ones. It looks good, nevertheless I would prefer a tighter fit around the edges of the subwoofer.

I am rating durability with 3 stars because the webapp requires that aspects are rated, but I cannot really say whether durability is good or not as I have just installed it. Product seems robust though.

Pros: protects the sub from large objects and gives it ample space to move.

Cons: It was definitely built on the cheap. Sturdy for sure, but isn't aligned straight. Could be a little shorter.

Doing their job protecting my subs. Great price. Shiny chrome seems to be decent quality. The bars are thick so they provide good protection from heavy objects. Does not come with mounting screws.

I have this mounted to a zenclosures box in mu 350z and now don't have to worry about anything damaging my sub in the hatch.

It's a very good product. I got two for my two subwoofers and it fits perfectly. This grill have a chrome finish. This product don't have cons.
For a best protection, buy this grills. And the price is very low.

Good, but could be better.

I got a 10" vented sub box with a sub and needed to protect it from the other stuff in my trunk. It wouldn't fit on the box...but I found out that I could adjust it to fit diagonally. Even then it looked weird and awkward so I took it off. If you buy this item be sure your box can fit it. Other than that it is sturdy and should work fine to block from large objects

Good Protection

Used to cover a 10" Alpine sub mounted in a flush sub box in the back of a Vette. Very strong and keeps bad things from happening.

Well worth the money

The BG-10 is a very stylish way of protecting your 10" subwoofers. I was initially concerned about it being able to clear the 2" throw of the 1000W RMS IDMAX10's, but have been pleasantly surprised. They clear perfectly and look great I would recommend these for even the highest power subwoofers.

Fast shipping as always, product quality and price is excellent, is a little too wide for a 10" sub, maybe making it a little smaller will fit and look better, I"m a little picky, I think black versus chrome would look better on my setup.

Excellent For Keeping My Seats off My Subs

Pros:
They appear to be well built. I am using them for an under the seat enclosure for two 10's in my Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4X4.
These help prevent the seat from pressing up against the subs.
I was worried that they would be too tall but they were the perfect size.

Cons:
I'm not sure whether they are supposed to come with mounting hardware but its a pain when you have to go out in search of matching mounting hardware. I would have been willing to pay a little extra for a few screws.
It would have also been nice if they offered these in a black chrome or black finish. I'm not personally crazy about chrome grill covers.

It should be obvious without the need to mention this but the these grill covers will only keep something from pushing up against your subs. The protection is very limited but that didn't bother me much because I didn't want a grill cover that could in any way interfere with the sound or diminish the appearance of the sub.
They were exactly what I needed.

I would HIGHLY recommend them.
