HI folks . The 550 has a lot of great features, but we have been having trouble with the radio part XM needing to be reset fairly often. and today was out for a ride and every thing was working fine, turned the bike off and when went to go the unit would not power up. We have had this UNIT since the end of Sept 09. Till today have been mostly very happy with the unit .
