Nothing to be worried about

When buying prefab boxes on the market you kinda need to be weary about who or what brand your buying from. I've had the opportunity to use most brands (Atrend,R/T Obcon etc) Ground shaker boxes are great prefabricated enclosures. I have this SQXL-15 housing a Boston Acoustics G2-15, sounds awesome. Next i'll be buying another one to house a Sound Solutions Audio "SSA" Gcon. I'll have to use a Jigsaw to make the woofer cutout a little bit bigger but i have faith in this box to hold up well. I wouldn't recommend putting any sub over 30 lbs into this enclosure. At that point get one made with a reinforced baffle.

Please guys , you want nice bass and you don't wanna fill up your trunk I mean you want space and good bass sound just try sonic electronix ground shaker SQXL 1 15 it sounds very nice I just bought a beautiful black' one and I'm really satisfied.Try it please and you won't regret .

I'm using 2 Ground Shaker boxes-sealed cabs. w/Dayton Audio DCS 385 drivers and dayton 80 hz. passive crossovers glued to the inside of the cabinets. The cabinets are also stuffed with fiberfill. The sound is deep, clean, and punchy "not boxey" driven with Yamaha Pro Series power amp. These subs sound great and provide healthy low end for my small PA system that is suitable for most clubs. This was the most economical combination and I'm sure rivals the sound of many much more expensive powered subs. My bass drum sounds great through these speakers. With driver, cab and speaker is less than 50 pounds!
